This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

This Mini Cooper is one of a kind with all the upgrades I have done. You will not find another Mini like this anywhere!!! This car will turn heads as you cruise down the road!!

The car drives beautifully but maintenance/repair costs are staggering. I had 5 years of car payments of ~$9000 a year. During these first 5 years I only did oil changes and tires (whenever I hit one of the pot holes on I-97). I finished paying of the car loan two years ago. Since then I have had to replace/repair parts for about $12,000. Last time I was in I was told I need to replace the entire headlight assembly including the control module which was burnt because the LED had shorted. I was quoted about $6,700.00 to replace both headlight assemblies. If I do this I will have spent almost $19,000.00 in repairs on a 2019 BMW in less than two years. Again, it drives beautifully and the dealership service is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a huge disappointment when it comes to the cost of ownership. It is a money pit.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Not pushy to buy. Andy kept in touch letting me know what stages the car is in. Gave a fair value with my trade-in.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone.
