Import Masters review
Was able to get my luxury used car with no hassles all questions answered. Would buy future cars there and refer friends/family. Melissa was a great help.
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

MINI of DarienReviews
MINI of Darien review
I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I've recommended this dealership to friends as a result of the customer service I've received.

Empire Volvo Cars SmithtownReviews
Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

BMW of FreeportReviews
BMW of Freeport review
My wife and I have been leasing BMWs from BMW of Freeport for years now, and every single experience has been absolutely outstanding. We’ve worked with Giannis as our sales consultant, Nick as the manager, and Alex in finance – and we truly couldn’t ask for a better team. Giannis is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right car. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Nick went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal, and his professionalism and transparency are unmatched. And Alex made the financial side effortless – fast, clear, and comfortable from start to finish. We’ve now leased three BMWs from them, and each experience has been better than the last. The level of customer service, attention to detail, and personal care they show is rare to find in the car world today. If you’re thinking about getting a BMW, BMW of Freeport is the place to go. Ask for Giannis, Nick, and Alex – you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

The communication was clear, transparent, and efficient throughout. The whole team was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — they truly made me feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Antonio in Sales for being knowledgeable, patient, and responsive every step of the way, and to Brian in Finance for making the financing process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. This was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great experience!

I don’t even know where to start, but this dealership and especially Patrick Laroque made my experience feel both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. This isn’t one of those dealerships that tries to push you in just any direction; they truly work for you and do their best to get exactly what you want while staying as close to your budget as possible. I purchased a 2023 BMW X4 and got the exact exterior and interior I wanted, seamlessly and all thanks to Patrick and the amazing team here, just in time for my 30th birthday. I’m incredibly grateful and can’t thank them enough. I’ve been driving my car for three months now and love it more every single day. Thank you again, and God bless you all!

2012 MINI Cooper S Countryman review
In my opinion the 2012 Mini Cooper S countryman is great. it's like a Mini Cooper that has more room but you still have to deal with the BMW repair prices and BMW repair prices are crap.but aside from that it's not bad at all. It has a turbocharged 1.6 liter Inline 4 engine which is not great for reliability.I can only recommend this car with low miles unless you are a mechanic and you can fix your own car but if not it will be a maintnence nightmare and burn your wallet. they get a lot of failed turbos which can be expensive to fix. The exterior is good it looks super cute!!

2009 MINI Cooper Clubman review
Owned for nine years, no repairs ever needed, just routine maintenance. Sporty, perfect city car, fuel efficient 33.5 mpg all around mileage. Clubman large enough for back seat passengers and surprisingly large room for cargo with seats folded down. A bit noisy and that sports car ride, but that is what you expect in a MINI

Dan and Nick were good to work with. Recently purchased a Volvo. When I test drove the car there were a few issue as most used cars have. They had each issued fixed when I picked up the SUV.

Id like to start by saying that i dont normally write reviews but im home super happy with my BMW. I spoke to Nader on June 30 and made an appointment for the following day. Within 2 hours of me getting there i drove out with my dream car. I can’t say enough about how happy i am. My car is everything and more of what I expected. When it’s time for my trade in i hope Nader is still there. I enjoyed the whole experience. Btw, this is the second car that I’ve bought from Beverly Hills.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

2020 MINI Countryman review
Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.
