An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. Looked at a lot of smaller cars. I was looking for a fun car to drive. This has met all of my expectations and above. Pleased with my purchase.
I purchased a recently traded-in used Dodge Challenger at MINI of Tempe. Since my visit to the Valley was short, and the car was still undergoing dealership inspection, it required quite some coordination to get the car out of the shop, have it thoroughly driven and get the paperwork done in a timely fashion. I felt lucky to have Jason Oldenberg and the sales staff at MINI of Tempe assist me. I was able to test-drive the car multiple times, inspect the differential and transmission fluids in the service center, have an extra oil change, and even have a ride back to my newly purchased Challenger once I dropped off my rental car at PHX. I had been aware all along that I was a picky customer who had a lot of questions and who wanted to inspect every little detail of the vehicle he intended to buy. But Jason was there to answer all my questions. Chris from the finance office handled the paperwork efficiently and seamlessly. In sum, I felt welcomed, never pushed. I came away as a happy customer.

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!

great car, unfortunately terrible smell from the air filter. dealer changed the filter etc etc 4 times. still stinks. Mini refuses to take responsibility of the fact. they are aware but, is your problem now.after driving BMW for years , first time that I have to say, this mini STINK.
The best car buying experience my husband and I have ever been through. Found a used Subaru, emailed and got an answer immediately. We drove 120 miles to come see car and look at buying. No haggling, no messing around-we got a great price and we were on our way home shortly after. Great service--Will recommend from this day forward!!

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(
They were really nice...even though they sold the Truck I came to look at, they really made an effort to help me find something else I might like..they weren't overzealous or bored by me once my choice vehicle was gone.

This car met all my needs! The handling is phenomenal. I love the interior design and the fine finish of the dashboard. Great family car.
AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.

The manual transmission is smooth. Love the automatic retractable top. Road noise at 70mph is loud. 3 and 4th gears have lots of power. Fun car.
I recently paid a visit tomTempe Mini for service on my certified pre owned 2010 MINI S. with 40k miles. On my 1st oil change I found that the bolt securing the radiator overflow was broken, either by the previous owner or whomever changed the oil last. When I arrived the service advisor informed me of a campaign involving the installation of a turbo heat-shield and that my brake fluid required change. The service advisor told me he would have the tech look at the broken bolt, but he wasn't sure what the fix would be. Upon my return and inspection of the vehicle, I was not at all happy with how the damaged bolt was remedied. The service advisor told me that any other fix wouldn't be covered by warranty and unfortunately the remedy I was looking for would required much more than just replacing the bolt. he told me that with parts and labor the cost would near $1000!!! Needless to say I was not happy with a warranty good until late 2016. I expressed my unhappiness in an email and was contacted the following morning and advised of a meeting with the shop Forman. When I arrived, not only did I have the complete attention of the forman, but also the service manager. They were truly empathic and assured me I would be taken care of, and I was. I was immediately provided a loaner vehicle and 5 hours later my vehicle was repaired to my complete satisfaction! In addition, they noticed one of my windshield wipers was missing a portion of the shroud which they replaced for free. I sing your praises! I truly appreciate the Shop Forman and the Service Manager, they went out of there way to value their customer. Thank You

Recently my wife had to bring her car in for service and was greeted by Doug O Donnell our service advisor he is extremely courteous and professional and explained what was to be done on our car. While waiting we were greeted by Earl Miller the service manager who checked that everything was going ok and updated us on the progress of our repair as did Doug .After the car repair was done we were informed by Rob Jones who is the service technican who did the work on our vehicle and explained all was good to go and what he did.Before leaving I went to the parts dept to buy my wife a gift mini related and was helped by Fernando Diaz the parts coordinator who is very knowledgeable and friendly and got the correct item I wanted.This dealership is very accommodating and go far above to help there customers and make sure you are treated like a part of there family.

My 2016 BMW 3 series was totaled by a uninsured driver and I was shopping for a new car, I really liked this Mini Cooper, it's drive reminded so much of my BMW, that I was real close to buying it. The 3 cylinder engine was to slow for me, and to move up to S model is way to expensive, but the car is super cute and handles like a Beamer.
Bought a used truck at Mini of Tempe. The whole process was the best buying experience I have had buying a vehicle. The people were friendly and they genuinely cared about my experience. They wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Ford Ranger. I never thought I could find such a great used truck at a Mini Dealer.
Recently bought a car through Tempe Jeep and had and extraordinary customer service with salesman Jerry! He was very helpful and I was happy with the customer service throughout my buy. Sterling was every thorough with the financing process. I appreciate the help, I’m looking forward for future purchases.

I test drove all the different models of this car & instantly knew I wanted it but I needed 4 doors because no room in the back of the 2 door, the sunroofs give the illusion of a bigger car. It's so much fun to drive, the sport option makes it very nippy. I love the style too. Comfortable seating & lots of extra options made it the perfect car for me. You can park it anywhere. Awesome!
I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. The car is good. Still to much interior road noise from the tires and lack of sound proofing. I have a 2012 F150. You don’t here a thing inside. You just enjoy the ride

I am looking to replace a BMW X3 with manual transmission. Not many cars fit the small SUV niche with manual transmission. But the Countryman S does! Though, I think I'll buy the 2017 rather than the 2016, just to get a wee bit more space.

Amazing car. So cool and cute at the same time. It drives just like a BMW with all the options added in. Can't recommend the Cooper S any more than is possible. The turbo charge is incredible and the drive is immaculate.
