Auto House MotorsReviews
Auto House Motors review
I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for Ahmed at Auto House in Downers Grove, Illinois! From the moment I started having issues with my first car, Ahmed showed incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. He didn’t just help — he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was happy. He went the extra mile to get me into a beautiful BMW that I absolutely love, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel effortless and positive. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and compassionate in the car business. Thank you, Ahmed, for treating me like family and turning a challenge into such a wonderful experience. I’m forever grateful and will always recommend you to everyone I know! 🙏🚘💙
2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

The service was great. All the repairs my vehicle needed were fixed due to the above and beyond service. Would recommend to anyone with an automobile
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Platinum Auto Exchange review
Went to Platinum to look at an X5. It was in a little rougher shape than we were looking for (which explained the price being much lower than comparable vehicles), but Alex was very nice and suggested some other vehicles to look at. We didn't end up buying anything here, but they were very nice and helpful. I would go back to look again if they had something I was I interested in.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Had an excellent experience of Fields Mini. My Salesman, Joe Salgan, was extremely helpful in helping get the right vehicle at a fair price, working through the logistics of delivery and trade-in, and setting up and explaining the features of the car. Also, the financing people were very professional, fast, and accommodating in getting the docs signed. s

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2016 MINI Countryman review
This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

Zimbrick MINI of Madison review
I've had my mini for a year now, and my far it's been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had! Sales were great and the service dept has exceeded my already high expectations.
