This is our 4th Honda in 9yrs. First, a Civic. Second, the following yr traded for another Civic & a Fit at the same time. Fourtly, just yesterday, purchased a CRV-SUV. Why so many??? Not bc their inferior & brake down. NO!!! Just the opposite!!! BC we absolutely ??? the craftsmanship that go into theses vehicles. THEY ARE TRULY RELIABLE!!! THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE ALL that everyone said it would be(family, friends, sales ppl) Only had 1 problem/repair earlier this yr. Replaced starter on '09 Civic. AND THAT IS ALL, I PROMISE YOU!!! Every car we purchased was and is brand new. The staff is amazing!!! Professional, considerate, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, modest, not pushy, no haggling, up front. The young man the took care is heaven sent, Joey Vassallo. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION, A RAISE, yes he does. He did what no one else had done. He TOOK HIS TIME & walked me through the whole process of how to operate & understand my new SUV. 5 ????? treatment. I'm greatful and will return to purchase another vehicle in the future if the Lord says the same. And also appreciate our finance officer. Hats off to you my friend as well, Jason Galeski👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(

I went back to Mini last week to meet with Karen Fortune, my Mini advisor to discuss specials on 2015 they were running. Having a Clubman previously, I wasn't really considering it again and thought a 2016 would be out of my price range. However, after Karen had Neil Westfall look over the numbers, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually well within in my range. Karen took the time to discuss all of my options with me- from select, to traditional pricing, to a lease. This is the 4th Mini I have had, so Karen is very familiar with the condition of my Minis, the mileage I put on my cars over the course of a year. I was very interested in a lease but wasn't familiar with how a lease worked. Karen was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the lease, which I ultimately went with since I like a new model every 2-3 years which didn't fit with traditional financing. Paperwork was quick, simple and straightforward. Tina Logue handled that and explained to me what I was signing, and what to expect plate wise and registration wise since this was a lease. Paperwork literally was less than 10 minutes and there was zero pressure for extended warranties. After that, I was eager to just take the keys and go since this was my 4th Mini. A lot of sales people would have agreed and been happy to see me walk out the door since the deal was done. However, Karen knew I had not driven the new models extensively. Due to the numerous changes made to the 2015 and 2016 models, she wanted to ensure I understood the new features that were available in the car, as well as take the time to program the settings to my own personal tastes (turn signal flashes, night time interior brightness, exterior pathway lights, Bluetooth/phone pairing, radio station programming, etc.). After we went through everything, Karen did a final walk around the car. Before I drove off the lot, she made another appointment a week out so I could come back in, and ask any questions I might have about How To's related to the car. That evening, she also reached out to me personally to ensure I was enjoying the car. Karen's level of commitment to her customers goes way above and beyond what is expected. She is passionate about what she does, and takes the time to get to know you as a person. She is well versed on all of the models Mini offers- both from a technical perspective and design perspective. Karen is not pushy and follows your lead which makes the entire process stress free and straightforward. A lot of sales people can be intimidating, and buying a car can be intimidating. I know with Karen it won't be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen to my friends and family because I know as soon as they walk in or talk to her on the phone or in email, they'll be in good hands.

This is my first mini and I absolutely love it! It definitely hasn’t get up and go for a 3.5, sounds amazing (a fab little rumble), plenty of room for a the tall couple that we are, and takes corners like a champ. The dealership was so nice and went over all the bells and whistles before we ever left the lot. When the roof is down, there’s definitely a blind spot, as the rear view mirror is very small. Overall this car is a great fun ride!

In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair. Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services. What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture. my 2011 MINI Clubman

I purchased my 2011 MINI clubman base at 64xxx miles, and it now has close to 100k. In that time, I have replaced the clutch and the battery. Regular maintenance has been done as well. I absolutely love my MINI, they have so much character; like each one is different. It has been a very reliable car despite it being German engineering. The base model has a bit of trouble at high altitudes getting up steep hills so I definitely recommend the 6 speed manual, plus the S inevitably will have more problems than the base. I have driven it to the ski hill countless times and with the right tires, it did just fine even in white outs. I have gotten countless comments on how spacious the clubman actually is for a MINI, even the back seats! The suspension is pretty stiff, hence its amazing cornering capabilities, though when you hit a Colorado pot hole, it feels like you broke something; either in the car or yourself. but it rolls on! If I wasn't an avid camper and road tripper, I would always keep a MINI in my driveway. In fact once I'm in a position to own two cars, the second will definitely be another MINI; perhaps a new clubman. THE MPG is nothing short of amazing as well.

I was an out of state buyer with a Trade In--unsuccessfully tried to make a deal with several other in-state and out-of-state Mini Dealers. Then Mini of St Louis listed a new Countryman Hybrid that I was exactly as I would have built it-right color, right options, well priced. I sent then a comprehensive email indicating which car I was interested in, thorough details on my trade-in, and made them an offer. They responded with a $1,000 higher counter but at the showed me about $900 in rebates that I was eligible for (but did not know about.) We agreed to the deal--and when I got there a couple of days later to complete the deal there were zero surprises. I was in an out and back on the road home in about 2 hours. If you want a new Mini, and get the chance...do not hesitate to give these guys a try--you will be treated very well, and leave thinking "How nice was that!"

I was still in love with my 4th Mini (2013 Clubman) and I was at the dealer for a minor service call. I was wandering around and I started chatting with Kate about the 2018s I had been building online. I asked her a couple of questions and I knew IMMEDIATELY that I would buy a new Mini from her. Kate is a terrific listener and is extremely knowledgeable about the new models -- and past -- so we talked about features and options...and then she located the ideal Mini for me! The car was shipped from another dealership...Kate kept me informed on its progress...and she came in on her day off so I could have the new car quickly. She is smart and energetic and chased down the answers to every question. I've bought 5 Mini Coopers from this dealership and have been delighted with each car, but I would say that working with Kate and her manager Neil has been the best experience of all!

I decided last minute to go into the Mini of St. Louis dealership one evening after the handle of my driver side door came off when I tried opening the door. My fiance and I were warmly greeted and introduced to Sam, who is absolutely the friendliest, most genuine car salesman I've ever met. Even though they were closing in less than two hours, Sam was ready and willing to answer all my questions and made it clear he was in for the long haul. After test driving two cars, he suggested that I test drive one more, since it was the model I was leaning toward after going over my options. I was so happy I did because when it came time to make a decision, I felt confident I was making the right choice. Sam and Neil both stayed an hour late to make sure I got the best deal and go over my financing options. Instead of having to wait 8-10 weeks for a 2017 model with fewer packages and less horsepower, they saw to it that I left with an appointment to pick up my 2016 Cooper Mini S Hardtop 4-door (with a few extra packages and way more horsepower than I was going to get for the same monthly payment as the other car I was going to order) in just 2 days! When I arrived to pick up my car, Sam and Neil were both there and as excited as I was to see me driving off in my new car. Sam went over all the features with me and was willing to spend as little or as much time as I had. He even gave me a tour of the service area and explained what I could expect when bringing my car in for oil changes and other services. Tina gave me all the information I needed to know about my car payment and leasing information. She was friendly, quick, and concise! All three seemed genuinely interested in my customer experience as well as getting to know me. I highly recommend taking your business to Mini of St. Louis!

I’ve got about 4K miles in 6 weeks. What I love; driver ergonomics, very bright LED headlights and fog lights, nimble steering, tight turning radius, refined and responsive motor (S model), sound of smooth transmission shifts, economy ( especially in green mode with cruise-controlled highway driving), quality of paint and interior controls, ambient lighting flexibility, everything does what it is supposed to and a very rewarding driving experience. Fun, performance and quality! What’s not so hot; backup camera functionality is limited by the absence of a vehicle footprint and travel path, the rear center blind spot when the top is down, the upgraded HK sound system doesn’t sound all that upgraded, and while features like blind spot monitoring aren’t offered, some features available (openometer and intelligent safety system) provide minimal value. Overall, I love my MINI and so far am very impressed with the vehicle quality and my dealer experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. Plenty of head and legroom. Seats fold down in back doe larger cargo needs. Miss the back up beep options and rear cameras in other makes but the car is small you can see everything.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

So there I was, crawling through a crawl space on a cold and rainy afternoon. After coming from the depths of merky hell, Cassens calls me asking if I would still be interested purchasing a new 2016 Rubicon. I stood in the grass soaking wet pondering the idea of parting my 2011 Jeep JKU. This wasn't any ordinary JKU, this girl was purchased in the United Kingdom back in my ole service days (however I've only been out like 8 months). Jeep Wranglers were scarce in the UK back in 2010, so seeing one in London and I get my first Jeep wave....... It was in the blood at that point. I modded it, babied it, wheeled it, and misbehaved in it. I put this thing through the ropes, and she still got me from my everyday A to B travels. I had lots of love put into this thing, so much that I even named it Cora, but something kept telling me to let her go. So I called the wife up (also a loyal Wrangler owner) and let her know I was gonna take a look at a Rubicon. The roads were crazy flooded that day from all the storms, Cora still trudged through it with zero issues. After what seemed like forever, finally I arrived at Cassens. I was handed keys to a Black JKU, so I went on the hunt. I lightly pressed the lock button hearing the chirp in the distance of what felt like 100 JKs sitting side by side. I walked up to a chirping Tank Green JKU, I couldn't have been more more sure that this was the one. The Tactical Jeep Adoption Associate was Holly, she handled all our questions and concerns with our trade in very professionally and with a calming attitude that helped me unlatch my tight grasp that I had on Cora.

The car is fun standing still, and even more so on twisty roads. I have the convertible S and it is a blast. We have taken 2 adults to the shore and other road trips and there is plenty of room for fun loving 5'11 people. No, it is not roomy and sprawling like the boring Camrys of the world. If you want to lounge in this, you don't buy a car called Mini. If you want just enough room to justify buying this as your practical, family car, this will do it. I do not want a mindless, large, heavy, tank of a vehicle. I want a TARDIS.

This is late, I apologize, but last summer I was looking to trade my 2013 Volt in on a 2017 Volt with ACC, Jack Schmitt had one optioned exactly as I would have. I walked into the showroom and was met by Tim Schuhardt and John Weilmusnster. Told them what I wanted, within 15 minutes they had inspected my trade and offered me a very fair and acceptable offer. 3 hours later my wife and I drove off in our new 2017 Volt. We couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Now in all honesty I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Jack Schmitt since 1989 and love their service department. I can say it's like being family when I visit the dealership. Kathy, Chad, Tim, John W, John R and Mike are all friends and make buying a pleasant experience. But I must say with the new Chevy's I'm only visiting the service dept for oil changes. Highly recommended.

This car is deceptively roomy and fun to drive. The ride is generally quiet, but motor roar is not damped enough. Acceleration is more than adequate for all driving situations. Seats are comfortable but side bolsters deeper than most cars...sort of a “hand in glove” feeling. Impression is that the car is unique in a fun way versus the same old other competitor vehicles. I liked the test drive enough to order a new Countryman!

This is a ‘secondary fun car’ for me...it drives like a zippy little go kart. I am SO in love with it...its fast for a little car! Driving in sport mode is FUN AF! Mine has all the options and I couldnt be happier. Every time I drive it I get compliments on it. They are a special kind of car for a special kind of car owner. Repairs aren’t cheap, but neither are the repairs and maintenance on my BMW....you get what you pay for!
