This place is great. I was so impressed. I am always hesitant to get any car service done but these people treat you like family. It's nice to be able to get a thorough clean after the service too. Loving my car right now thanks to them.

The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Everyone at this location is very profession and respectful. They have recently renovated their facilities for the better. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary options. They are fast and thorough. I would look to buy my next vehicle here, because they have earned my trust through their excellent service.

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! Daniel Stangl was wonderful to work with; very professional and patient with me and he went above and beyond to find a great vehicle in my price range. The finance person was well prepared and professional and we got it done quickly. The car is perfect for me; I am in love with my new BMW X1! I normally don't give reviews but I felt very luck & blessed to have found Springfield Mitsubishi. All staff was amazing to work with, especially Patricia my sale representative. She was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable and informative. She went above an beyond to explain things to me and help me choose the right car for me and my family. She even helped me by referring me to a car insurance broker that got me an amazing quote for car insurance. Sue was the loan representative was clear and informative on the loan aspect of the sale and tried to meet my loan expectations. Honestly everyone there works hard, fast and efficiently; they made the whole long process of buying a car run smoothly. Definitely would recommend them to any family and friends. 5 stars all around for Springfield Mitsubishi.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I had a particular car in mind and searched the internet. After looking at a few including a brand new model, I found a used one at Auto Lenders. I live in Delaware and this is the first time dealing with Auto Lendrs. Their Exton team did not disappoint, the right car at a fair price super condition. I had a trade with a previous offer from another dealer and they matched it. Seamless process of of doing the paperwork and driving off. Mike Ellis did a great job of showing the car and taking us through the process. Unlike most dealers, the process is without pressure and back and forth nonsense.

From beginning to end, my overall experience with Mini of the Mainline has been EXCEPTIONAL!! I've been buying cars for 24 years now, and these guys and gals blow all the other competition out of the water.

I've owned a lot of cars and the MINI Cooper SE is my favorite. It's quick, fun, great looking, has lots of cargo room with the rear seats folded, easy to drive, and incredibly reliable. I've had no issues at all. The 0-60 time and range are both underrated. I've gotten 139 miles on a charge, driving economically. Only need to charge at home once or twice a week. It's great. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Excellent service from the sales agent, Mark, the sales manager, Damon, and the finance manager, Thomas. Very smooth process. They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. I finally decided to purchase a MINI and thrilled they came out with a full electric one. The moment I test drove it I knew I had to have it. This is a fun car that likes to get up and go even though it’s a full electric model. There have been 3 mini’s in our house over the years and now we are a 2 Mini family. This car is pure joy and a nice adrenaline rush. It is my city car and not very concerned with the range on the battery because charging stations are everywhere. I can not wait to get in and go.

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!
