2022 Toyota Sienna review
Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

I have a 2021 Kia Sedona EX I bought new just went over 28000 miles first oil change did mobil 1 synthetic and drove to Florida and NC coastal multiple times decent gas mileage plenty of room I don't have a problem with the rear seats but my sister has an Odyssey and the rear seats are a little easier but if you want to spend 20 grand extra for some better folding rear seats you got it better than me 5 out of 5 stars for this guy thanks 👍

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Parks Chevrolet SpartanburgReviews
Parks Chevrolet Spartanburg review
Best Car Buying Experience in 40+ Years I’ve been buying vehicles for over four decades — dozens of transactions across multiple dealerships — and my recent experience at Parks Chevrolet Spartanburg was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I reached out online and via email, the process was smooth, respectful, and efficient. I came in fully prepared, having done my research and secured preapproval through my credit union. When I met Will Shephard face-to-face, he exceeded expectations: professional, direct, and genuinely focused on making the process frictionless. The negotiation was minimal and worked out in my favor. More importantly, the two specific requests I made were granted immediately, without pushback or delay — a rare thing in this industry. The final deal was mutually beneficial, and I left feeling confident, respected, and satisfied. If you value transparency, professionalism, and a dealership that honors your preparation, Parks Chevrolet Spartanburg — and Will Shephard in particular — should be your first stop.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Spartanburg HondaReviews
Spartanburg Honda review
I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.
2025 Honda Odyssey review
Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Great experience, easiest car buying experience I have ever had with Tyler. Great sales person, questions answered with assurance. No pressure tactics at all. Definitely quick and thorough with the paper work.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
From my experience, Piedmont is your one place for buying or serving Jeep or Chrysler vehicles. Each team member is there to ensure you are taking care of quickly. Service after the sell is exceptional. Many times, they go above and beyond, by encapsulatating the experience with a car wash. As you step into either the dealership or Service, you are greeted with a smile. These days, it is nice there is one place you can always count on. Just like in the song I wrote "Lake Livin", I have found my place. Mr. TW Penland. Iva,SC
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
If you are in the market for a new or new to you car I highly recommend Zay. I stopped by and I told me I wasn't interested in a new car and we talked about what what I was looking for. I was in no hurry and he found the perfect car in a very short time. Suv, very low miles, certified, good color and within my budget. Can't beat that!! Be sure ask for Zaybreigh

Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Just bought our 14 vehicle from Piedmont CDJR this past Saturday. And just like buying the first vehicle from them, the buying process was fast, friendly and most of all fair. And the service after sale is also fast, friendly and fair. Do yourself a favor, come experience the car/truck buying experience from Piedmont CDJR like me and my family have. Even family from Florida have bought from Piedmont.

Piedmont Honda review
Being 73 years old, I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships during my lifetime and this was one of the more pleasant experiences. Our sales person, Robert Kinney, was friendly, helpful, and considerate of our time. The deal he presented was straightforward and fairly priced, so we had to do only a small amount of negotiating and we got to a deal quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to go through the usual "B.S." and time wasting. We would buy a car there again.
