2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
This is the perfect cross between a van and a luxury vehicle. Plenty of room inside for anything you want to do. The engine is so smooth and powerful, you have to watch for creeping on the speedometer. We have owned Chryslers for over 30yrs and this is one of their best.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
