2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I had been to several dealerships and my intention was to look at the SUV Holmes Honda had and move on to the next dealership since I was in Shreveport. Well, here comes Colby Crowder, all smiles, welcoming, and all business. He made sure the SUV I was looking at was the one I wanted. He did NOT try to convince me to purchase anything I wasn’t interested in. He told me everything about the car, including the fact it still had to be serviced. He was honest with me didn’t try to sugar coat the car to make a sell. After test driving it, I decided I need NOT go anywhere else. Everything Colby told me would be done to the car in the service department WAS done, new tires, new windshield, A.C. serviced, everything mechanical was serviced. Colby’s main priority was selling me a dependable and safe car to drive. Colby made me feel like he was my son and would take care of his mama! I trusted him that much. I was in a rental car, Colby even called me to let me know I could take the rental back and Holmes Honda would give me a loner while my Honda was being serviced! Not only that they would meet me at the rental car company! Colby made the whole experience of buying my SUV a great experience. I was treated as if I was buying a Honda Prologue instead of a preowned SUV. Colby Crowder is the best! I even had the pleasure of meeting one of the service guys. He too was all smiles, polite and respectful. My impression of Holmes Honda…it’s not just the sale of a vehicle but the service of the vehicles they sell as well. You can bet if and when I decide to get another vehicle, it will be from Colby at Holmes Honda. Also, you can bet everyone has already heard of the great service I got from Colby and Holmes Honda. 2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I want to thank Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie for making my service trip to Wray Ford in January easy, timely, and peaceful. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie made my service trip easy, timely, and peaceful. Thank you all so very much for being so wonderful.
