I buy all my cars there. I always get a great price without question. Their service department is second to none with friendly and professional service. My brother drove over from Albertville at my recommendation and bought a truck because he couldn't beat the prices close to home.

Hello Folks , I had a super experience with salesmen Jayden and Chase Jeffreys . Jayden knew the ends and outs of the vehicle + actually started my purchase procedure . Jayden had another customer when I arrived so to keep me from waiting Chase jumped on board . Chase went on the test drive with me & we shared good conversation. Both guys have super personalities. Stop by & see them ..... grab you a new ride before vacation time . You’ll be glad you did 💃🏼

Shottenkirk Honda Decatur review
We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I want to express my gratitude to our salesperson Jayden Moyer for the excellent customer service my son and I received when purchasing his 2018 Dodge Ram. Jayden went above and beyond to make our car buying experience smooth and fast. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Jayden for all of your car buying needs!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Great dealership, I challenged them to get me in and out and they did exactly that!!! Handled most all of it over phone and came in for an hour and was on road. They are top dealer in south for a reason.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Eddie Preuitt Ford Inc review
I was a recent college graduate and let's just say, trying to buy a car had been an absolute nightmare. I tried several dealerships before a friend referred me to Eddie Pruit Ford. Wow! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the difference. The people are trustworthy, considerate, and genuine, things I had sworn could NEVER describe car salesmen. I now live in Atlanta, but I always come back to Hartselle for my car maintenance, even if it's just an oil change. The distance is worth it! I've never found another place as reliable. 100% recommend it!

TJ, Deonte, and Travis were fair, knowledgeable, and personable. A winning combination for buying your next vehicle! Love my f150 and loved the experience. Michelle
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
On May 1st we visited to look at a used vehicle. Right away, Jim, a friendly salesman shook our hands and tended to us with skill and knowledge. We arrived a bit close to closing but never felt rushed. The manager has many financial connections, talking on the phone one on one to people he knows, in order to get us the deal we needed. More than anything, Jim really stands out. The detailing dept had left for the evening so our car could not be shined up. Jim came to my work the next morning, drove our new purchase back to the dealership for all the detailing, then brought it back to my work! Unbelievable customer service! Jim is incredibly kind and resourceful - he was never pushy, never impatient during our entire process. He's honestly the kind of man who feels like a friend. In all my years I've never experienced such a great experience buying a car as I did here!
