Clay Cooley Mitsubishi review
This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I have a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SE with 17K miles. I have the suede seats which are extremely comfortable, and the heated seats are great in the winter. A lot of people complain about the acceleration and gas mileage. I personally am very happy. I usually average between 30-33 mpg. The acceleration is more than enough for daily and regular highway driving. My Android Auto, backup camera, blind spot monitors, etc all work great. The only minor issue I have had is with the tailgate. The interior button does not work. All in all not a big deal as I can just open it normally while standing at the tailgate. I also love my automatic folding mirrors. It makes it so easy at the car wash, and I like how they automatically fold in when I lock the doors. The headlights are fantastic, I have much better visibility when driving at night than in previous vehicles I have owned. My car handles very well and I feel safe driving on the highway, in the rain, etc. I purchased slightly used from Carvana and got a great deal. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I upgraded from a 2021 Kia Soul S just for reference.

2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
Just did a 1500 mile trip through the mountains of Tennessee. Gravel roads, highway, and back roads. This car exceeded my expectations. Much better gas milage than stated got between 30-37 mpg. AWESOME!

Do not buy a car or truck anywhere else! They'll get you any vehicle you want, any make, just let them know what you're looking for. I've bought 3 cars from them over the years and it's always an amazing experience and a great vehicle. They do not sell junk used cars!! You can 100% depend on Lewisville Mitsubishi Autoplex! This last time I financed. Saw the car on their website and called them, told them I wanted it and to please get me financing. The car was priced less than any other dealership for the same exact car, millage, etc. It took me 15 or 20 minutes at the dealership to sign everything and my test drive was driving the car home. I trust them that much!! You can too. And they got me a great interest rate for the loan. I repeat - do not buy a car or truck anywhere else!! Service is great too! Take any of your vehicles there, they are usually the best price in town.

2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.
