I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.

Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
We worked with Michael one month ago and came back yesterday and he assisted us perfectly as if no time had passed, no presssure sale and just a fun guy to talk with during the wait, he was patient and went over ever aspect of the sale, he is a great asset to elder and we will recommmend him to anyone looking for a great car and dealership.

I walked in ready to turn away and walk out because I just knew I wouldn't get approved due to my credit. Cody Ryan was the first person to approach me and my kids and immediately got to work trying to make our experience a great one. He did awesome!!!!!!!! Listened to me and worked a few different angles. I drove a 2018 Outlander Sport which was BEAUTIFUL and perfect!! And after several minutes and a few jokes later, the manager asked him to show me a different vehicle, 2017 Dodge Journey. About 30 min later I was approved and signing my papers. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. No pushing....no making me feel like I couldn't walk away. Cody was sweet, funny and very personable. He was great with my kids and included them in the sale. I'll definitely be going back there when it's time to upgrade 😊 thank you everyone at Elder Mitsubishi for everything you did. I can't remember the name of the manager but he was AMAZING and worked a miracle for my family and I.

Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Some people say 1 happy customer will tell 5 people about the experience and 1 unhappy person will tell 50 people; I am here to tell my 5 people about my happy service department visit at CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my Chevrolet Truck in for check engine light and alignment. My Service Advisor Jake Buckley phoned me 3 times just like he said he would to keep me advised about progress of the repairs. I know that most people???s service trips are a nightmare but this was an extremely well managed operation by CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S service team. Especially great job by Jake Buckley!! Please if you need service on your Chevrolet in the Austin Texas area go to Capital Chevrolet and ask for Jake Buckley! very satisfied customer!
I saw a vehicle that I liked at this location and called to inquire about getting it transferred closer to me so I can purchase it. They were eager to assist and were able to answer all of my questions. I went to my local Drive Time and they were extremely helpful as well. I purchased a vehicle that I love and thier customer service is excellent. EVERYONE was eager and willing to help. They are definitely a team.
