If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. Stavros is a true asset to this dealership. I know Cavender’s has had a tough reputation in the past, but give them a chance—big changes are happening, and it’s because of people like him. Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

While car shopping is never a fun experience, working with Laura Diaz was great. She was personable, helpful, friendly, and never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to. She made helpful recommendations, worked with me to find a vehicle that would work for my budget, and even if I asked a question she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she made sure to find out the answer for me. Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

I needed a reliable, economical car for my long work commute, and did not want to buy used and take my chance on having things break down. The Mirage has one of the best warranties in the industry, so that attracted me. The super affordable price also helps - I paid 14,000 for the 2020 LE Hatchback, brand new. When I first test drove it I was slightly disappointed in the noise - but I have completely gotten used to it now that I have owned my vehicle for about 6 months. It is fun to drive, has handled perfectly on wet, slick roads (snow and ice both) and the driver's seat is comfortable, and heated, too! Back seat area is a bit cramped - would not recommend taking adult passengers for an overly long trip! But I have NOT found it to be that sluggish - I can pass on the highway easily when needed and enjoy my drive each day. Great visibility when driving, at least in the hatchback. I am SO glad I bought mine and have no plans to get rid of it for years to come!

I didn't buy the Buick but I did purchase the 2009 Infinity G37. So far so good!! My husband and I love the car. We actually fight over it!! It was a good buy. This is the 2nd car I've bought thru Lone Star Auto and I'm really happy with my decisions... nice and friendly staff. There was lots of inventory to choose from. We test drove the infinity noticed a lil wobble and pointed out a tire splitting... mentioned it to the sales guy, Lundy, he had it fixed in matter of minutes with a new tire and we test drove it again and no wobble!! We did test drive an older Acura and we actually loved it too... we decided on the infinity and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Delores and Lundy we were on the road and out of there in no time. I would recommend Lone Star Auto again and again... Thank you

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

I brought my vehicle in today for service and Jesica Lopez was my service advisor. I can say that she did take care of me quite well! I loved my experience here and will be coming back!

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Elvis did a great job. He explained the services I needed. I understood everything without feeling any pressure. The customer service was outstanding.

The car is perfect for anyones perfect commute. It can fit into any parking spot and it can go country wide on one tank of gas.
