Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

Great sports performance car in any type of weather, be it rain, snow or just plain dry. Doesn't matter if the rear tires slip, the components within it fixes itself to get back into straight position and allows you to get back on the road.

I’m at 218000 miles. The only failures have been a $30 brake switch and the radio touch screen. I do required maintenance and drive carefully. This vehicle has outstanding reliability.

The 2020 Outlander is new to us. We have a 2007, 2009 & 2013 Outlander Sport. After 2 months, we completely enjoy it. Fuel economy is fantastic, power us sufficient with 4 adults and luggage on board. Ride is smooth and comfortable. Professional reviews tend to show these in a bad light. However, talk to an owner before you take a lass on these excellent vehicles. We Love Ours!

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

I've owned many cars and over 7 Mitsubishis,They are some of the most dependable and underrated cars and SUVs today. I feel like the so called pro reviews attack the Mitsubishi because of older reliable technology,and not having all the newer technology that's untested or gimmicks that will be obsolete or expensive to fix. The v6 is tried and true dependable responsive as is the transmission. So if you want reliability this is the vehicle,the AWD is second to none . I also own a gsx AWD turbo 1g as I've owned 2g and other examples. I bought with 90k for a steal from a dealer over 3 years ago and haven't had one issue with it ,runs great ,smooth good options but,USB, Sirius,cd player. Sonte ever plan on getting rid of this will maintain and keep Just look at all the issues with newer cars including the Nissan engines in new outlander ,the Mazda turbos etc. give me a old reliable proven platform over some new shiny technology that breaks easily or is issue prone. So I don't take care reviews from the big mags seriously anymore. I do my own research and for me got to have a suv with a v6 and awd as well as economy modes and. Plenty of room

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it! This is my second Tucson. I took it in for a repair, Todd and the others at Service are great, welcoming, kind, attentive. The place is super clean and bright! I can’t say enough! My sister went from a Tucson owner for many years to buying a Mazda. She regrets it, because she said she misses how great the service is at Germain!

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

First let me start by saying that I would never give a car buying process 5 stars because I believe the negotiation back and forth should be eliminated. With that being said, my experience at Georgesville Nissan was about as good as it could possibly be. I have had two experiences at GN that had me impressed. The first is while my previous vehicle was at an oil change and I decided to walk the auto mall and window shop for vehicles. Out of all of the dealers I stopped at, only Chris Glowka at GN stepped outside to greet this “walk up” person checking out a Rogue. The conversation was easy and low pressure and I was able to get a good quality test drive in while I was waiting on my car. This experience and the quality of the Rogue got me to come back when I was ready to make a purchase. On purchase day I had my 5yr old son with me and I thought the entire dealership did a great job handling an excited 5yr old child in a pleasant professional manner. The kids tablet station was another excellent touch and made my experience and my child’s experience stress free. Now for the deals. Initial numbers were not what I wanted and I expected this, but never at any time did I feel pressured in to taking the deal. I could tell that Chris and the rest of the staff were genuinely trying to find numbers that would meet my needs as well as their own. Ultimately a deal was made and I drove off with my new Rogue Midnight Edition and my son had showroom balloons in hand. The low pressure and excellent customer service was an absolute pleasure. This vehicle is superb. Very affordable handles great! It is better than a BMW. This vehicle is very underrated. Even though the seats are small, this is a great car!
