Came here for service in June and Jenna was an amazing service tech. This woman goes well above and beyond to make clients feel valued and important. If I could give 10 * rating for her patience with all my questions due to this being the first American owned car I have ever owned I would. She has been ultra patient and kind as I bring issues to her that need to be looked at under warranty.

Only had this a week and love all of the bells and whistles it has. Burgundy Velvet is a show stopper color. So many features that are very impressive. To mention a few are the key fobs abilities to not only start the car, but open and close windows including the moonroof. Very comfortable interior with everything you can possibly think of and a really smooth ride. The app that you can use from cell phone to do many things like start the car, lock & unlock, and check mechanical health status. Ford really setup the maximum on this 2018 Lincoln MKZ.

I wanted four doors so I traded my 428 for this 440 gran coupe...it looks great, handles very nicely and with the inline six it really has some giddy up! The six while it of course isn’t quite as fuel efficient as the four, really sounds much more substantial and performs vastly better. I purchased a 2019 as I prefer not to buy brand new, but with 18k on it, the car feels brand new. Only had it a few weeks but I’m loving it!

I found the best price on a Chevy Bolt with low miles. While the car wasn’t perfect, it was in good condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. Tony assisted us and made himself available by email and text, was very responsive and accommodating. No, they do not allow. Negotiation on their used car prices, but it wasn’t needed. The other reviews harping on that fact shoe the arrogance and entitlement some consumers have despite Their prices being more than fair. If a good product at a great price is delivered, why would you insult someone with a lower price? Have some respect. Only complaint was the cheap tires they put on the car. Horrible. But I expected a corner or two to be cut for the price I paid and for home delivery.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

This is the forth Viper roadster I've owned ('1994, 2000, 2003, 2005) and no complaints about any of them. I love the "wow" comments I get when people see the Viper. Corvettes, although great cars also, are a common site everywhere you go. Not true with the Viper. I also love the rear wide track and bodacious rear tires. There may be more comfortable and higher H.P. sports cars, but none as good looking, worry free, cheaper to maintain/repair or fun to drive. I believe the Viper gives you the most bang for your buck.

I really enjoy my fusion, For a small car it has a pretty good size trunk, I have 2 car seats & still have room for someone to sit in the middle, the safety features are nice, but I like that I can turn off the features I don’t want. Great gas mileage & smooth ride.

This is the best type of Rolls Royce to purchase. Ask around about this vintage they are great! Driving this car is like floating down the road on a cloud. As smooth and as elegant as anyone could wish. I truly believe that everyone should know the luxury of a Rolls Royce at least once in their life.

I have been shopping for a while to break my 20 year habit of buying 15 year old Audi's off Craigslist and replacing them when they got too stupid expensive to repair. I went to several Dealerships and it was always an ordeal. Finally I settled on a Honda CR - V and saw a new Inventory item at Concord Honda I wanted to look at. I bought that car and the entire experience was was way better than expected. Tommy rocked as did both the folks who helped with processing the paperwork.

I own a 2016 Toyota Avalon, bought it brand new in 2016. This is by far the best car I ever purchased, a little expensive but worth it. Currently has 74K. Never had a single problem with it. As long you maintain regular maintenance, this car can last for several years. I will buy Avalon again in.

I originally went in to get my Audi serviced, but when I realized that the repairs would cost more than the car is worth, I decided to get another vehicle from VW/Audi in Marin The moment I walked in, I worked with my sales person, Isaac Helsabo, and he was very kind and informative and extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I ended up choosing a Volkswagen Tiguan and in less than 5 minutes we were out on the road test driving it and i was beyond excited to get the ball rolling on getting it. We then went back in to discuss more about the numbers and not only was he patient and kind, some of the other salesman we’re going to get their lunch and to my surprise they ended up getting me a Subway sandwich as well! It came out a perfect time because I was starving by that hour! They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Talk about going the extra mile I mean wow! And after working with Issac i went to the finance manager, Emad and the stellar experience continued. Not only did he help me get everything signed, he took the time to explain to me page by page what i was signing. All with kindness and patience. I mean what more could one ask for? 12 out of 10. Would definitely buy my next car from there!

Perfect car for all my trips with my children and grandkids. I can sit two cars seats in the back comfortably. I had a total knee replacement and getting in and out of the car is no problem for me

How outstanding is the 4th Generation GS 350? It’s so exceptional that I just purchased my third one in eight years. My first was a ‘14 Sport and it was fantastic. During the early part of COVID when car sales were in decline I was at a Lexus dealership and they had a CPO ‘17 non-F Sport with 18k miles for sale and I was able to trade-in my 90k mike F-Sport, put no money down, reduce my payment by $30 per month. After a couple of years I really missed the performance of the F Sport, and the comfort of the 16 way adjustable leather seats. So, I recently traded in the ‘17 for another ‘14 F Sport. I’ve driven just about everything else that’s out there and I always come back to Lexus for the build quality, reliability, value, ease of city driving, and of course the performance of Sport+ when the roads beckons me to dig in. And this is easily a 200,000 mile automobile if you find one that was well maintained up to now. Now that the GS has been discontinued, you can find immaculate examples from $20k -$35k, depending on how important mileage is to you. I highly recommend limiting yourself to only authorized dealers or private parties with complete maintenance history because otherwise there’s simply too much avoidable risk. If you need the extra status and luxury appointments that come with BMW, Mercedes, or Audi there are plenty of pre-owned examples out there. Just be prepared for the cost of ownership.

This is my first time buying used as well as it being my dream car, a range rover evoque! The interior & exterior of the car is pristine, it's comfortable, easy to drive - has a navigation system that's easy to use & a bonus. I would highly recommend this as a car you want to think about purchasing.

Finally, After going to 4 dealers including Carvana and Carmax. The buyer explained the market and had me consign my car with him. It finally sold free 2month and I got all the money for it. Would definitely recommend them. Deal with Ash Even bought an m6 from him.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.
