I had a great experience working with Lindsey and Chris to purchase my Mazda CX-50! They kept me updated on the vehicle's status and were very responsive to calls/emails. Purchased "preferred" version almost 4 months ago. Nearly 4,000 miles. It is primar=illy my run around vehicle. With the Toyota hybrid system I am averaging 44 MPG. Priced approximately $4,000 less than comparable Toyota RAV4. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I find it comfortable, reliable, true to Mazda driving experience.

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

Joe V and Chad F in Sales along with Randy J in the office were fantastic! They made the 3 drive there on the holiday weekend worth it and amazingly allowed us to make the purchase and drive home in a 2023 Ridgeline! Thanks guys and thank you service for getting the vehicle ready!

This review was written after slightly less than 1600 miles. The transition between battery and gas power is smooth and all but undetectable, and I love seeing the mpg rise so nicely. I keep it in econ and normal mode (not sport) and the acceleration is fantastic (although my cherished mpg does suffer a touch). The LED headlights are focus to keep incoming drivers from being blinded. The automatic switch between high and low beams has been spot on. The only negative part of my experience would be the driver's seat. It isn't as comfortable as the Accord deserves. It's nice, but I think it could be better. I'm happy with this purchase!

Prior to buying a 2021 Subaru OutbackXT we had never owned a Subaru. We were looking to replace a Toyota Rav4 and began searching for alternatives. We had driven an Outback our Daughter was given as a Service Loaner. We really liked the car, but it seemed really underpowered. Therefore, when Subaru introduced the XT (Turbo) we decided to drive it. The XT option made all the difference in the world and we bought the vehicle. We have been very pleased with the car. What we really like is the road feel when driving the Outback. It actually feels like driving a car, not the top heavy feel so many SUV's seem to have. That was the primary reason we got rid of the Rav4. My Wife just didn't like the feel of driving the car. Now to the Crosstrek. It feels like driving a shortened version of the Outback. It has a very nice road feel and doesn't seem to have the top heavy feel either. Our Daughter had a Crosstrek several years ago. It was a very nice functional car but, again, it severely lacked power. The Hybrid HP has taken care of that. It does not at all feel like the dog it used to be as far as acceleration. This is not to say we're speed freaks, but it is nice to have the acceleration for those moments of merging into traffic and getting around other drivers on the road. Like our Outback, my biggest gripe of both cars is the lack of interior storage space for personal items, but that's a small gripe. Overall, we like both cars very much. They are very practical and seem to be very well made. After years of driving Mazda, Toyota and Honda's we now own 2 Subaru's. Thus far we are very pleased with both. Living in Northern Ohio, it's a bonus having 2 AWD vehicles.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

The Appleton service department always make me feel like they appreciate my business. The facility is spotless. Great waiting room and great care for my vehicle. Employees are always friendly.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

Everything on the repair went great, very happy. Thank You. Also, looking at a new 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, during the repair, may buy a new one. Thank You.

The service team at Clintonville Motors was able to repair my car in a very short period of time. The quality of their repairs is very good and they seem to have fixed the problem. I will be a returning customer.
