My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

I did not feel pressured to do anything. I was treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a car.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Can’t beat Serramonte Ford’s Service Department for outstanding car and customer care. Service advisor Pamela Yeager and the team of technicians, especially Hung Le, are excellent. Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. I trust them to keep my Escape as safe, reliable and roadworthy as it was when it was new.

This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.

I just bought a GR Corolla from Jae and he was very communicative during the process.

I had a 2021 Camry and loved it. I got the 2026 refreshed Camry se with the 19 inch rims and blackout package in heavy metal color. I love it so far. But the price was alittle more than I’d like to have paid. My 21 was $28. This one $32k. But it is a hybrid and gets 45+ mpg and a few dealer upgrades so I guess it’s fine. Plus it’s a Toyota so it’ll last forever.

I Have owned the Audi A 6 etron for 4 months now. My miles per charge improve with efficient driving and warmer weather. The sticker states 377 miles. I average 325- 380 less in colder weather. I drives well and allows me ample choices for driver preferences. The comfort is fine for average driving but not as comfortable for long drives I have remedied by a seat cushion. The navigation system is great and alerts me to supercharger access along my driving destinations. It gives me a hatchback feel with much more elegance and a lot of storage space. I love my Audi A 6 and my first all electric vehicle.

The staff was wonderful. I was able to negotiate the terms via a land line 200 miles away from the dealer. We purchased a vehicle for our daughter in nice condition for a decent price from them.

Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.
