Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

I always have the intention to write a good review when I get good service but seem to rarely follow through. In this case I was so happy with the sales & management at sunset ford I had to make sure to take the time out and give them a 5 star review. I ordered my F450 bout 10 months ago.. I had handshake deal with donny who was the sales person at the time. I offered to place a deposit but he assured me it wasn't needed.. about a month before my truck showed up I received a call from Dave Bouge, he let me know that Donny retired and he was replacing him as my salesperson. Ofcourse my first thought was if they were going to honor the price that donny quoted. I sat down with Dave and Ray (sales manager) and when they presented me the price it was about 13K more than I expected.. I knew there was a premium for this particular truck because of Covid and the chip shortage so I was already anticipating a higher price. I explained to Ray that I understood this particular truck is selling higher than msrp but donny had already quoted me a price. I didn't have a contract or any paperwork to back it up.. but Ray said hang on let me take a look at Donnys files.. Ray came back a few minutes later and slashed 13k off the truck.. Ray said "I saw donny had scribbled this number on the bottom of the build sheet so we're going to honor that price" Obviously I was super happy.. I think I was most impressed by the fact that I didn't have to argue or give any sob stories to get the price that was quoted. Ray just honored his salespersons word and that showed great integrity. Ray also said he would rather earn my business for life than make extra money on a one time deal, which he did because I would definitely buy from Sunset again. ~Chad S

I had a great experience purchasing a used 2014 Ford Explorer. I had a few requirements as I participate in dog events and needed a very dependable and reliable vehicle that was light colored (keeping dogs cool). I felt both the salesperson and manager listened to my needs and never asked if I needed to contact my husband before the purchase and we made a fair deal. Ladies - that's important!

We have always bought used cars and drove them for years and years. However, now in our retirement we wanted to purchase for the first time a new car that was a little more sporty with all the safety bells and whistles that are available on the market today. I love my new Subaru hybrid Crosstrek comfortable bigger screen, easy to manage everything right at your fingertips has plenty of zip and go. gas mileage is great. What's not to love?

Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. When she had children, they all drove Subarus. and still do to this day. Plus, we have found a WONDERFUL Subaru salesperson who we bought our first and second Subaru from and won't use anyone else. Prior to buying a 2021 Subaru OutbackXT we had never owned a Subaru. We were looking to replace a Toyota Rav4 and began searching for alternatives. We had driven an Outback our Daughter was given as a Service Loaner. We really liked the car, but it seemed really underpowered. Therefore, when Subaru introduced the XT (Turbo) we decided to drive it. The XT option made all the difference in the world and we bought the vehicle. We have been very pleased with the car. What we really like is the road feel when driving the Outback. It actually feels like driving a car, not the top heavy feel so many SUV's seem to have. That was the primary reason we got rid of the Rav4. My Wife just didn't like the feel of driving the car. Now to the Crosstrek. It feels like driving a shortened version of the Outback. It has a very nice road feel and doesn't seem to have the top heavy feel either. Our Daughter had a Crosstrek several years ago. It was a very nice functional car but, again, it severely lacked power. The Hybrid HP has taken care of that. It does not at all feel like the dog it used to be as far as acceleration. This is not to say we're speed freaks, but it is nice to have the acceleration for those moments of merging into traffic and getting around other drivers on the road. Like our Outback, my biggest gripe of both cars is the lack of interior storage space for personal items, but that's a small gripe. Overall, we like both cars very much. They are very practical and seem to be very well made. After years of driving Mazda, Toyota and Honda's we now own 2 Subaru's. Thus far we are very pleased with both. Living in Northern Ohio, it's a bonus having 2 AWD vehicles.

I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well.
