I contacted this dealership about a Hyundai Tucson I had been watching for a few months. Finally took it for a test drive and fell in love. Stephen was kind, patient, and had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up, and even installed a new battery to make sure I would have no issues going forward. The buying process was easy and simple and everyone was friendly. I am not sure what Maria’s official title is at the dealership but she dealt with all of the paperwork to sign once I bought the car and she was extremely nice as well. I was very nervous with buying a car and they made sure I had all questions answered and felt comfortable with the entire process and explained things to me more than once when I didn’t quite understand some things. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

My wife and I were in the market to replace our aging Pilot. We decided to stop in at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria to check out the redesigned Santa Fe. Cody greeted us, and I let him know we were early in the process and just comparing vehicles. He was understanding, laid back and friendly in his approach, which we appreciated very much. We did not decide to purchase on our initial visit. After some deliberation we found a color combination we liked at the Kerry in Florence. I reached out to Cody, and he got the ball rolling to get the Santa Fe we wanted at his location. This was on his day off mind you. I met him the next day to work everything out, and it was by far the smoothest, best car buying experience I've had. My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though
