Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I felt like I got personal service, from both the sales professional and the sales manager. The searched and found the type of car in the color I wanted quickly. Within a few days the car was delivered. They also took care of having the car registered and licensed in AZ for me, I had to do nothing! Thank you Schwieters Chevrolet!

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

From the moment I inquired about a truck from Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring to the moment I got hold of the keys of my new truck, it was such an incredible experience with the dealership. I inquired from out of state about a specific truck at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring as it was not available almost anywhere in the US. I felt their attentiveness from the start and did not feel brushed off given that I inquired online from out of state. McKinley Woods handled my inquiry with utmost professionalism and care. He was able to send me actual pictures of the truck's exterior and interior and answered all my questions with ease and attention. I needed a couple of days to think about the purchase and make sure I wasn't acting on impulse, and he gave me the space I needed to think about it without being pushy but still was available for all my questions when I reached out to him. I am very appreciative of this wonderful experience from McKinley. When finally deciding to purchase the truck, McKinley was available to answer all my questions regarding registration in a different state and shipment. We went through all the papers that needed to be signed online. He and the finance manager Travis went through my financing options and were able to find me a better rate than the one I found when I shopped online. They were extraordinary! For other paperwork that needed my signature on actual paper, they sent out the documents by mail overnight with FedEx after I told them how urgent I need the truck. They also provided a prepaid return label for me to ship me them back signed and did not even charge me for the whole shipping costs/process! It took only two days for the signed documents to get back to them and the process couldn't be smoother! I was very appreciative how they went above and beyond in their service and did not just stack up random fees to inflate the price like I experienced with other dealers. I walked away from other dealers cause of miscellaneous fees and felt taken for a ride with extra fees for being purchasing from out of state. They'd rather lose a big sale by adding $1k-$1.5k in unfair fees. But not with Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring. The price was fair and they did not mark up the final price with any deceitful fees. Once you see that as a customer, it signals to your how honest and truthful is Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, and how fair the buying process is there. Shipment was very smooth. I arranged for a carrier to pick up the truck and gave them McKinley's contact information. The dealership detailed the truck then McKinley sent me a walk through video of the truck and options, which was very appreciated. And the truck looked spotless! Later, he met with the carrier and took a couple of pictures of the truck being loaded into the carrier. Got the truck in a couple of days and I was a happy customer! After sale service did not disappoint either. I connected with McKinley to schedule a short call to go over some of the options on the truck. He was as attentive and professional as he was before the purchase. He even sent me a handwritten note in the mail congratulating me on my new truck. These small things, as simple as they may seem, do matter a lot to a customer. I am confident my next purchase would be from him and his team at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, even if there were options around me in my state. Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

I just went to look at Tacomas and happened to look at one that interested me. I took it for a drive and it met all my expectations. I’ve been very happy with the 2022 Tacoma.

I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. The service manager went back into the shop to talk to his guys and this gentleman made a comment about the service manager that was very off color and that made me very uncomfortable. I did talk to the service manager about this comment after the gentleman left as I felt so bad about it. I have to say that the service manager handled him very professionally even when he was being condescending to him.
