Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala review
I highly recommend this dealership. I found a used car here I was interested in but it had been sold before I could get there. I dealt with Brad who went above and beyond to find a car that fit my needs at one of their other dealers. He went went and got it, brought it to ocala and I now have a beautiful car at a great price. Thank you Brad at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala

Over the years, I’ve bought many cars, but that was my best experience in dealing with a car dealership that I’ve ever had. Every employee was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Even though I purchased a preowned Audi Q5, they treated me like I was buying a Porsche 911.

Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala VillagesReviews
Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala Villages review
Great dealership. I found a used, low-mileage 2020 F 150XL on cars.com after Mullinax Ford in Orlando sold one that I had an appointment to test drive while I was on the way to the dealership! I texted Gary Yeomans Ford and Hunter Graf almost immediately called me back and said their F 150 was still for sale and that we could come up to the dealership the next day to test drive it. My wife and I went to the dealership, were greeted by Hunter and test drive the 2020 F 150. The truck was in beautiful shape and we purchased it. Oscar Martinez in finance was very professional, helpful, and we closed the transaction quickly. On the way home with our new truck the "check engine light" came on. I called Hunter and we drove it back to the dealership and they investigated the engine code and determined it would take quite a while to fix. Hunter gave a brand new 2026 loaner Ford Expedition Activ. The Expedition was state of the art and a joy to drive. A few days went by and I called Hunter about my F 150s repair. They discovered that the catalytic converter was faulty and replaced it free of charge under their Used Card Does Certified Blue Warranty. Chris, who is a service advisor, was awesome to deal with. He found that Ford had installed the wrong catalytic converter on the truck when it was built in Kansas City! The truck was fixed and they gave me a detailed invoice which outlined what they did. Everyone we dealt with at Gary Yeomans Ford was courteous and professional and great to deal with. They have great customer service skills and I would be glad to any buy from them again.

2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

Sullivan Buick GMC TruckReviews
Sullivan Buick GMC Truck review
My experience at Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala Florida was nothing short of exceptional. Car shopping is typically associated with stress and anxiety, but Sullivan GMC Buick managed to completely redefine the process, making it an enjoyable and even fun experience. Stephen, my salesman, displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge, ( ok, maybe not “high level” LOL, but he was nice), making sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire journey. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences. However, the real standout at Sullivan GMC Buick was Anthony, the finance expert. His expertise and dedication were truly impressive. Not only did he guide me through the financial aspects of the purchase seamlessly, but he also added a touch of delight to the whole process. Anthony's exceptional service deserves special recognition, and I believe he should be duly rewarded for his outstanding performance. Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala stands out in the automotive industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want a top-tier buying experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Sullivan GMC Buick. Your search for a reliable and enjoyable car-buying experience ends here.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. The sales person was very knowledgeable and he was able to help us find the perfect suv that fit our family's needs. The best car buying experience we've had in a long time. Will definitely come back again.

We had an awesome experience at Volkswagen of Ocala! Shawn did a phenomenal job helping us find exactly the right vehicle, walking us through the different models, and helping us get the best discounts available. The finance team was great, and Jackie made the closing process easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, helpful, and helped us choose the warranties that were right for us without any pressure. My wife absolutely loves her 2025 Atlas SEL! This was one of the best car-buying experiences we?ve ever had, and we will definitely recommend Volkswagen of Ocala to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.

2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Jenkins Hyundai of OcalaReviews
Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala review
I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. I will certainly come back to your dealership for service and for the purchase of my next Genesis. Thank you,

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

Sport Subaru SouthReviews
Sport Subaru South review
Brought my 6000+ mile Cross Trek in for an oil change and to check a tire for a slow leak. I brought the car in at 1000 miles and they couldn?t find the problem. I even got several emails from Subaru about the low pressure so the issue was documented. Once again they said they couldn?t find any problem. I explained that I am adding air to the tire every three days. I gave the service provider the choice of trying again or putting on a new tire at their expense and they somehow found the leak. She was a very nice person, I just couldn?t believe she/they expected me to leave with a well documented slow leak unresolved.
