Pohanka Lexus review
Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. What an astonishing idea and extra tool to take care of the customer. From Scott Crabtree, to Gary Whipkey General Manager of the complex, Dawn Gary's Assistant, Sierra receptionist, to the Service Manager Kyle Claudle I offer my sincerest thanks for your superb demonstration of excellence throughout your operation. As always I have unparalleled comfort, satisfaction and extreme joy dealing with my Service Rep Hetty Stoner. She is an extremely very proactive professional and thoroughly behind the customer. Kudos to Gary and Scott for your outstanding staff. Keep up the fabulous tradition. Robert "STEIN" Rothstein Retired CIA

Stevinson Lexus of Frederick review
I thought I was going to get a lower price for my trade in. Lexus of Fredrick was the first Lexus dealership i have been to that did not low ball me on my trade in. My whole experience with Lexus of Fredrick, was outstanding from beginning to my purchase of a GX-550.. I have gotten three emails and a phone call from employees of this dealership inquiring about my satisfaction with my new vehicle, very impressive.

Stevinson Lexus of FrederickReviews
Stevinson Lexus of Frederick review
I purchased my new vehicle from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick in Aug 2024. Jodi W. was my sales consultant and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. That’s why I will be referring all my friends and family to Stevinson dealerships and Jodi specifically with Lexus of Frederick. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the entire team. Thank you Stevinson!
