East Hills Subaru of SayvilleReviews
2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I went from a Volvo S60 to a Subaru Crosstrek, Premium trim. And even though the other car was 10 years old it is more comfortable, better acceleration and better braking than the Subaru. The Subaru has excellent traction is bad weather. Has lots of storage space. Very well designed for a hiker or backpacker. The back is set up for car camping -- brilliant. Where it falls short is in acceleration, even in Sports mode. The display screen does not work perfectly with Apple and takes some playing with. The car comes with and I kid you not, four instruction manuals. And do read each of them. Also the car is not inexpensive. For a bit more money I could have bought an Audi or even low end BMW. Would I buy it again, very likely so. It's a functional car.

I can truly say that Tom and the staff at Otis Ford have gained a loyal customer by demonstrating their commitment to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.

Nissan of Huntington review
Honestly enjoyed this car buying experience! Just bought a brand new Altima from Jaz! No pressure at all, would definitely recommend her and this dealership to all my friends and family.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

Jim was very good in handling my issue with my ford Bronco Sport. He explained the issues thoroughly.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

I just bought a 2023 Highlander! Everything about the process was direct, easy and quick. Trish got me the car I wanted and went over in full detail everything about it. She made herself available to me for any questions and concerns. Diego handled the financing and explained everything. I was hesitant because my last experience at another dealer was overwhelming, this was the exact opposite. The whole process made the car buying process so much better. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcomed into the Toyota Family!

Had a positive experience with this dealership. My interaction was with the sales representative Tom W. He and the financing representative Marty were pleasure to work with and efficient. Tom and the team were patient answering my questions and addressing my needs. Resulted in my purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. I would recommend this dealership.

Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Stevens 112 Ford review
Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Met Dennis, the finance guy, took care of everything. WOW!!! Everything went smooth. Professionalism and Honesty. Thank you Stevens 112 FORD of Patchougue, Long Island in New York.
2026 Ford F-250 review
We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

Took my car in for service and was helped by Eric at the service desk. He helped me with what I needed done and kept me updated as work proceeded. Offered me coffee and bagels. Service was completed in less than an hour. Nice experience.
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

We were greeted with a smiling face from Gerard. He answered all our questions. Took us to see cars available, but I got attached to the s portage parked outside. He treated us so nice. No pressure. Said, if we need anything, don’t hesitate to call or come in. It was a great experience.

Irwin Automotive GroupReviews
Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!
