Spoke with Aaron Vanshanker on the phone to verify a mini advertised online. It was verified and I set up an appointment for the next day. Aaron was knowledgeable and showed us several of their cars. He did not pressure us but let us know he was available if we had any questions. We bought our car 2 days later. So we first went in on Saturday to look around and drove home our mini home the following Tuesday. They put a bow on our car and parked it in the showroom with our name on it. It was shiny and fantastic. They shared in my excitement and made me feel so happy. The car is awesome and I feel it was a good deal. It is early days but I am very satisfied so far - Aaron was professional and easy to deal with.

Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! I foundMichael at seattle mini service to be very knowledgeable on what was available for my car and how long it would take and was very helpful in me planning how I was going to leave it overnight and accommodating for the that I Possiblywasn’t going to be able to get there the day that it was gonna be available Also, I had said how much I miss having my car vacuumed out Before Covid had stopped that service and when I picked up my car, it was vacuumed. I was so happy.
