I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

I found out I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Magnussen?s fitted me into the schedule although technically they had no open time. My tires were badly worn, it turned out, so I needed to buy 4. There was a great sale on tires so I got a very good deal. Everyone was helpful and competent and I was home soon -ready and safe to drive on the weekend. Thank you all.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

Tran was the technician working on my car was he was excellent at communicating with me on the status of the parts for my car and staying in touch with me throughout the process. I just got my car back, so I really can?t say how the car is running. But I?m sure it will be fine.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

I was greeted right away by a helper who told me my service advisor, Alex, would be with me shortly. Alex came out in a few minutes and he introduced himself and escorted me to his office. Alex was courteous and efficient and understood what I wanted checked on my Prius before I take a 600-mile trip. He got me ride home with Lyft in 3 minutes! He texted me when my car was ready and when I arrived he saw me across the parking lot and greeted me by name. I was impressed that he remembered my name after only meeting me once. He told me two of my tires would need replacing soon but he didn't pressure me. I got home and decided that since I had 35,000 miles on these tires it was time for new tires. I tried calling the business where I bought my current tires (Wheel Works) and they never answered their phone and so I couldn't leave a message; I also tried to call Costco Tire Center and they never answered their phone. I texted Alex at Magnussen's and he gave me a quote and said he could give me an appointment tomorrow for new tires. I was happy to give him my business since I liked him and I didn't want to spend time trying to get quotes from places that don't even answer their phones. I was very happy with my service experience today.

I had a 2021 Camry and loved it. I got the 2026 refreshed Camry se with the 19 inch rims and blackout package in heavy metal color. I love it so far. But the price was alittle more than I’d like to have paid. My 21 was $28. This one $32k. But it is a hybrid and gets 45+ mpg and a few dealer upgrades so I guess it’s fine. Plus it’s a Toyota so it’ll last forever.

Had my routine 6 months's service since I've been doing for my Prius since 2015. Went smoothly as always. Somewhat more expensive than usual, but this was a 50,000 mile service, rather more items than usual. Went smoothly and completed pretty much as predicted

Had to have a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) performed on a 2019 Honda Civic. The service advisor kept me informed on the progress of the inspection and not only did he provide a comprehensive report with pictures he was also available to explain to me all the particulars. Even the next day when I had questions he was kind enough to answer questions.

I originally stopped by to look at a used car I had seen on their website, but I ended up finding a new car a Honda civic sport hatchback that I liked even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the great lease options available. Ela, the sales representative who helped me, did an excellent job walking me through all the options and estimates. She was very patient as I test drove two different cars and looked at several others. At first, I felt a little overwhelmed, but Ela made everything simple and straightforward. Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.
