Finally a pleasant experience at a car dealership! I had been to a few others first and was discouraged with the whole process. Alex Elranahi at Tim Dahle Infiniti was amazing to work with! He told me he would do everything he could, and really go to work for me to get into this beautiful car. He certainly did. He really listened to me, and asked me the things that were most important to me. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn’t an Infiniti. They got me to a payment I was comfortable with, even when other dealers told me the price was non-negotiable. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Once, the infotainment rebooted while driving. More concerning, at 1,200 miles, the dashboard, HVAC, and air suspension failed simultaneously—a potentially dangerous situation. Uncertain Factors **Reliability**: Infiniti typically outperforms Nissan, and Japanese production suggests quality. The VR-series engine appears promising, but competitors have documented issues too. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE from this dealership yesterday. Gnoffo helped us out first, and we came back later that night and Mason finished our deal up. Both of these guys are awesome!!! There was no pressure at the dealership, I knew what kind of price I wanted on the Jeep and they were happy to work with me to give us the deal we we looking for. Gus in finance was also professional and got us in an out of finance in about 10 minutes! It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

Always great. They give realistic service times. They have a way of checking progress thru an app on your phone. Service personnel are always cheerful. Winter tires are bagged so your trunk stays clean.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.
