Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. This car has everything that I need and expected! I used to own a 1991 BMW 750 iL and I love it. I just gave it to my friend as a gift and he likes it very much because it’s almost an antique car now!
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.
Best dealership when purchasing a new Volvo or a used Volvo.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

Great car for Florida. Not just a solid built Hard Top Convertible but has a large Sun Roof as well for the "cooler" open air weather. Good economy although it requires 92 octane fuel for the peppy 2 liter turbo charged screamer under the hood. Executive model has everything. I have never had to worry about mechanical issues with my Jetta. It has run perfectly since the moment I got it. Great gas mileage. Classy and stylish interior. Smooth and zippy. Love it.
I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep.

It’s a very good first car for my daughter. She really loves it. It’s a very safe car for her. Her mother and I are happy with the purchase.
Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.

We landed at Martin Honda due to unexpected car trouble on 95-South during our trek from South Jersey to Alexandria, VA. Fortunately, Kyle's assistance with getting my car repaired and safe to drive again made a bad situation much easier to swallow. He was professional, courteous, and made every effort to keep me in loop on the status of the repair. He even went above and beyond in helping to work with my insurance company regarding coverage and faster timelines. The cherry on top was his willingness to help provide complimentary transportation once I was able to get back to the Newark area, saving myself and my mom a lot of travel and headache. This is the most recent in a long line of Honda purchases since 1992. It's been very reliable like all of them and is the absolute best in the snow of any that I have owned, even without snow tires. The Vehicle Stability Assist is fantastic. It has plenty of pep for CT hills, even in Econ mode which I run all the time. I get 38-40 mpg all summer long and am 34-35 in the cold months. The "magic" folding back seats are incredibly useful for transporting all kinds of things, long and tall. This is my second Fit, I had a 2008 previously. My first Honda not made in Japan which I was very apprehensive about however I've had no problems at all in 14 months/12,000 miles.
