My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north.

Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit.

I absolutely love the way this dealership and my personal salesman dealt with me. With my less than perfect credit and little down payment, available, they were able to get me into a car that I LOVE! They don't work for commission, so the pressure to sell me something high priced and not what I really want was immediately missing from our dealings. The salesman listened to me and allowed me to choose the vehicle I wanted. My afternoon felt more like spending the day with an old friend than it did a business transaction. They even gave me a dozen roses when I left! I'd probably still be married if my husband had treated me as well as I was treated at Royal Kia, lol. Picked up a used Toyota Camry in great shape at a much lower price than anywhere else in town. Al Perry treats his customers like family and is willing to go that extra mile to help with future maintenance costs and just general advice on any vehicle he sold. If they have a car you are interested in then definitely give this dealer a shot.

I have to shout out Thoroughbred Nissan for their absolutely amazing work today. As of last week, I was driving my 7 year old Honda Civic around. And then, I was hit by another car. I never expected to lose my Civic but come Monday afternoon, that's exactly what happened: My car was totaled. I've never bought a car on my own and was nervous to do so. Thoroughbred made it quick, easy and painless for me to get a new car. I paid cash for my car and Thoroughbred was not pushy at all about trying to get me to finance my car. Paul Hains is an amazing salesman to work with and I CANNOT say enough good about him. He is professional and helpful and made things simple and easy for me.
