I had Monica Katz as my specialist and she is just great. Very professional, friendly, courteous, does everything with a smile on her face. Monica also checks to see if there are any additional service needs and at lets you know how much they will cost. I do not take my car to any other mechanic or dealer. Thank you Monica for your great service.

Florida Fine Cars MiamiReviews
Florida Fine Cars Miami review
I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jesse Marrero at Florida Fine Cars! From the moment I arrived, Jesse was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything throughout the process. Jesse went above and beyond to make what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt like he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly puts his customers first, I highly recommend Jesse Marrero! He definitely deserves 5 stars, and I would absolutely work with him again. 🚗⭐️
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

My Nissan Rouge had warning light to check engine. It happened just after I purchased a few months earlier from another dealership who said everything checked out. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

I didn't purchase my vehicles here but I have a couple Chevys that I take there for servicing weekend needed. The service department there seems to be petty on point. Kudos to Stacy for great customer service.

Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut CreekReviews
Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek review
I had an incredible experience purchasing my new 2026 Silverado RST at Chevy Coconut Creek! A massive shout-out to Nick—he was absolutely amazing. I told him the exact specs I was looking for, and he nailed it on the very first truck he showed me. We made a fair deal quickly, and the financing process was easily one of the smoothest, fastest auto loan experiences I’ve ever had. Nick even went above and beyond by driving me a few miles down the road after everything was finalized. What truly set this team apart, though, was how they treated my family. Buying a vehicle with a two-year-old in tow could easily be stressful, but the entire staff made it a breeze. They brought out crayons, balloons, and bouncy xxxxx to keep my daughter entertained, and by the time we left, she thought the whole team was her best friend. If you are in the market for a new car, do not hesitate to visit Nick and the incredible team at Chevy Coconut Creek!

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.
