Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier review
The salesman Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin made it an awesome sales experience. Dealing with car salesmen is an experience I NEVER look forward to. It's probably why I keep my vehicles for so long. That.. and the idea of "no car payment". But this guy had me laughing and enjoying the conversation as I was marching towards reacquainting myself with car payments. No pressure. All questions answered. I left feeling very good about the deal that was made. I even found myself doing a line dance in the middle of the show room to finalize the deal. He mentioned this tradition of his, prior to starting our negotiations, but I didn't take him seriously. But afterwards, he was happy and my wife and I were happy. So why begrudge the man a line dance? How many times has THAT happened in the car buying experience? After inking the deal and before I left, he was sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle's operation and took the time to show me a few more bells and whistles I was totally unaware of, and invited me to call anytime if I had future questions. It was just an awesome experience.

Southern Kia Virginia BeachReviews
Southern Kia Virginia Beach review
My 20 y/o daughter called to tell me that RT(service advisor) said her transmission was bad in her 2015 Kia. I didn't believe him, and thought they were taking advantage of her. I called the shop and acted like a complete a$$. Turned out that RT and the service department replaced the transmission and fixed the car for under $100. They took care of my daughter and I was wrong about them. If every repair shop was this honest, non of us would automatically think that mechanics are trying to take advantage. I am a grown man though, and I can admit when I was wrong, and I was. RT and the service department at Southern Lynnhaven took care of my daughter. I live in Missouri and my little girl (20) is a new Sailor in the US Navy. They were honest, fair, and I completely misjudged them. Thank You to all of the Moms and Dads who work in that shop. You deserve a medal, and certainly didn't deserve what I said to you all. Sorry, and Thank You for your honesty.

We were very satisfied with the salesman, Ryan. He was enjoyable, personable, and comprehensive of our particular needs in searching for a car within our budget. Aside from the accustomed manager/customer wrangling negotiations, the paperwork was handled satisfactorily. Beautiful showroom and great selection of Toyota models.

Jim Bowman, retired US Marine, sold us a 2007 Chevy Silverado. He was a nice, no-pressure salesman. Great sense of humor, very friendly guy, will definitely see him again if we ever need another car.
2025 Nissan Altima review
Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

2026 Nissan Altima review
Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

Strosnider Chevrolet review
My husband purchased a Chevy Trail Boss today and we worked with Candy Stables. She worked with him over the week to find the perfect truck he wanted and she sent me and him messages to check out the trucks she had found. When we arrived she got right to work on everything. While we waited one of the staff members even made popcorn for us all waiting! Highly recommend Candy and Strosnider dealership!

DriveTime of Henrico review
Came in and was greeted right away, they showed me quiet a few options and went with the one I liked the best. They even put the plates on my car for me, no temp tags or anything! They made it very straight forward and simple. Will definitely be coming back.
2025 Nissan Altima review
I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Hertz Car Sales Richmond review
Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....

Hertz Car Sales RichmondReviews
Hertz Car Sales Richmond review
It's a basic setup offering quality late-model, gently-used cars that have been maintained according to spec and have undergone an independent pre-sale inspection. The reasons to shop see are: 1) Very Good used cars. 2) Competitive Prices. 3) Excellent Service from Darry Race. 4) 12 month powertrain warranty. 5) Complimentary full tank of gas. Cars listed on their website sell quickly so it's best to visit in person with cash in hand or financing pre-arranged. The 2014 Mazda2 that I bought had new front tires and the rear tires have at least 90% of tread remaining. Everything works, no leaks, clear coat is intact and I'm happy.

Hertz Car Sales RichmondReviews
Hertz Car Sales Richmond review
The sale rep that I dealt with got a little snippy a few times within the transaction ,as I was unsure of my next move. Also said something that was somewhat sexist and I reconsidered again, but I loved the car,the price, and the mileage that was on it, so I proceeded with the sale. If I had to go there again, I would probably ask that person to realize that MY money was being spent here, and that patience should always be a virtue. I really truly think that someone else was looking at the particular car that I liked, and the sales person figured that if I didn't buy it, the other person would, and the sales rep became a few shades colder at that point. The other staff members were very courteous and kind, not pushy or overzealous with their sales persona.
