Finding a clean used Volvo XC60 at a good price is not easy, but Kosta had exactly what I was looking for. He knew the car thoroughly, presented the full service history upfront, and was refreshingly candid about the vehicle's condition without me having to pull information out of him. The negotiation was respectful and he met me at a fair number without any of the usual back-and-forth theatrics. I drove home feeling great about the purchase and that feeling has not worn off. Omar was amazing when I came in to trade my Rogue. He showed me what I wanted and didn't pressure me in any way, answering all of my million questions. He showed me the features of the car and followed up the next morning as promised. Friendliness and knowing what your customer wants goes a long way. This was the first time I had Omar as my salesperson (my previous salesperson retired and introduced me to Omar). He made what is a major decision less stressful and the entire process was easy.
