The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. My sister was looking to upgrade from an old SUV and she purchased a brand new 2021 Rogue from here. We were in and out in less than three hours and got a good deal on it. Staff (especially Francisco, who we had an appointment with) were amazing and cool. Francisco was knowledgeable about the Rogue and its features. One of the staff was watching the Cardinals-Patriots game on 11/29 (I was wearing a Patriots hat on my visit like he was) and he said "Finally, someone wearing the right hat".

I went to Avondale Nissan to have my oil changed because they had a great coupon. They said my Murano needed an engine coolant flushed, a transmission service, and the cabin air filter replaced. They printed out their prices for each item. When I got home I made some calls. I spoke with Andrew Brent at Coulter Nissan. He gave me their prices for the exact same services and was $200.00 cheaper than Avondale Nissan. Andrew got me in the next morning and completed all of the services. He was great to work with! It always pays to shop around!
