Without going into detail and at no fault of his, we had a difficult situation while there. Unlike me, he remained calm, professional and helpful. My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. 2014 Nissan Rogue review
I love this car! I've had it 6 years now, and have not had any mechanical issues whatsoever. I wanted a car that could comfortably fix my teenager and his friends in the back seat, with plenty of leg and head room, and it's wonderful for this. Very comfortable road-trip car. I also do a lot of home remodeling work and I love that I can fold the seats down and fit an 8' pipe or wood in the car. I do wish that it had more towing capacity (only about 1,000 lbs), but not a big deal for me. This is a great vehicle, and I've had a friend and my mother both buy these, based on my recommendation, and they are both thrilled with theirs, too.

This car has been great overall. There is an issue where the car has had water intrusion from a failed sealant under the car and the floor board has been wet and underneath rusted.
