Exceptional experience with Nate and the team at Younger

I had narrowed my search down to a specific luxury car and already had two-deals in-hand. One was for an idential lower-mileage, 2015 version without the single optional $3500 features package (with the on-line dealer Carvana) and the second was 2017 version, with lower-powered engine and even lower mileage (with a local dealer.) Now, I live over two-hours away from Younger Nissan, but I discovered, at midnight, on the internet, that they had just received a used 2015 model of the car, with the desired optional package, but twice the miles of just car in which I was interested. I reached out via the internet at midnight and requested contact via their on-line form, submitted a quick appraisal via Kelly Blue Book and also submitted an application for financing. (I already had secured financing and the two other trade offers in-hand). By 8:50 AM the next morning, Nate contacted me via email and phone. We began a two and one-half hour conversation, Q&A, information exchange, and negotiation via email, phone calls and text messages. Our negotiations brought us close enough and Nate brought Rob Harley into the deal so that we were comfortsble making the long drive to the dealership. We were in the car within 40-minutes and to the dealership in two hour and 40 minutes, where we were greeeted at our car by Nate, Joey and Austin. My wife (I am disabled, retired and unable to drive) and Nate took an extended test drive to insure her comfort with the car (the car was immaculately prepared). He made her extremely comfortable, demonstrated well a very complex car that they typically do not sell and answered all her questions. When they returned we all went inside to work out the deal. Oh, when I say ???all, I also incude our eight year-old beagle-lab that they encouraged us to bring along. The deal negotiation was quick, straight forward and painless. Rob did his evaluation of our trade and we brought a deal together. We were made to feel exceptionally comfortable, unpressured and well-informed throughout the process. Once all the numbers were together, we next met with Finance. Ed was equally exceptional. As noted, I had financing in-hand and was already comfortable. Ed had aleady found a better deal, with a better financial institution than I previously secured had had all the paperwork ready for us when we sat down. He showed us all the numbers on his screen and explained each simply and clearly. (*my wife is still new with her roll as caregiver and decision-head since my illness and Ed was kind, gentle, respectful and patient). It was the easiest and best finance deal and process I had ever experienced. So, although we had previously purchased Mazda, Nissan, BMW, Honda, Infiniti, Acura and Lexus cars for their respective dealerships, I can say it was the best single car purchase experience we have ever had. Thanks to Nate, Ed, Rob, Joey and Austin (thanks, ???new guy??? - you made us feel *special thanks for all your help with our pup, Morgan) for everything. We would exceptionally highly recommend Nate and the team at Younger for anyone considering a new or used car purchase ... even if you are several or more hours away.
