I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
I went into the dealership looking for a used car, but the innovative team at Woodfield Nissan came up with some very great options for a new car. My sales consultant Michal was amazing, even during the moments that I was not fully committed to buying a car. He kept me informed throughout the process, and created a pressure-free zone for me to make my decisions. Overall, everyone was great. So much so, that I have already referred 2 people to go there. Great job guys....
This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. I will definitely recommend Nissan buyers to stop by Nissan Gerald in Naperville at Ogden and see these two guys Howard and Tony and they will make your buying experience a celebration.

A 2002 Maxima served at Gerald for 10 years. A Subaru purchased and serviced at Gerald. A 2014 Sentra Purchase and service. A 2014 Maxima purchase and serviced at Gerald. A 2018 Murano and Rogue, leased and serviced at Gerald. We have lived in Naperville 16 years now. Howard Krick and Anthony Miceli have been instrumental in helping us get situated and comfortable with our deals. I love the Nissan product and I feel lucky that Gerald is close to home and an auto group that is consistently fair. Their service is the same.
Went in to check out a car after seeing a deal online, was dreading it a little bit due to expectation of the usual haggling but staff were friendly, gave us space to check the car out and was available for questions. Overall good experience
On one of the worst bad weather days I took my car in for service. I had a oil change, tire rotation and they washed the car. They were very busy and I was in and out within less than an hour an a half.
