My salesman George Hunt was personable as well as professional He treated me like an old family friend The whole staff was very respectful of my time and made this one of the easiest buying experiences I?ve had in years
2025 Nissan Rogue review
I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.

“WOW” is what say to my Salesman Alan Woodyard, GM Deen Bohler, GM Jean, Laurie Woodyard, and others who I interacted with, at the dealership!! They all gave me great customer service, and a great deal on my 2019 Special Edition Nissan Rogue! My Salesman Alan, is a top-notch sales person; he will help you and always willing to help, in whatever way he can! So will Laurie and Deen; all the people there are great! Their service department too; Advisor David is great! I HIGHLY recommend dealership!

I bought a used Ford Fiesta ( I love the car ! ) from David Crayne at Reed Nissan . He was great , upfront and just a good guy about The whole experience. Thanks to the " Biden Miracle" dealerships have zero inventory of car . Didn't get any deal , still fair price . I will give them a shot at my scheduled maintenance and see how that goes . Tim Holt

My 2nd Rogue. Plenty of room for 4. Little crowded for 5. Storage area good. Gas mileage was selling point for me. Warning. If you decide to pass slower traffic….hold on!! Has plenty of “get up and go”!! I love it.

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

Universal NissanReviews
Universal Nissan review
Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers
2025 Nissan Rogue review
Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

Manny was a pleasure to work with! Andrew was very quick and through with the finance team! Aside from a little miscommunication on the front end my experience was very good.

Massey Cadillac of South Orlando review
Great place with a great service department. Been going there for years honest and reputable and do a great job of keeping my multiple Cadillacs in fantastic running condition. Special hats off to Mike Chernow service manager Who is just a great guy and genuinely his customers interest at heart.... a rare find in these days and who have served us so well over the years ago. I go their with confidence and trust them implicitly. Matt Pelphrey our service rep is awesome and always gives us great service! Also love the sales department Michelangelo Copeland is a great rep to do business with... no high pressure tactics... easy honest fair deals highest recommendation for him personally... also very much like Jay Halili the manager and Eloy Moldanado.

Hertz Car Sales OrlandoReviews
Hertz Car Sales Orlando review
Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.
