Awesome service from Steven Miller at Beaver Toyota.

Steven Miller did a terrific job, AGAIN, taking care of my service needs today, 2/5/16. I am 72 years old and I have owned cars for over 50 years. In all my years as a car owner (including a 1965 Rambler American 440 convertible, a 1975 Ford Granada Ghia, a 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra, a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis, a Ford mini van (the only used car I ever purchased - due to an emergency), and a 2010 Toyota Prius), I feel fortunate to have received generally very good service from various dealerships. STEVEN MILLER of Beaver Toyota in St Augustine HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCES IN MY 51 YEARS AS A CAR OWNER. I find Steven to be caring, informative, helpful, dedicated, efficient and professional. In addition to doing a superb job on my regular service appointments, here is an example of how Steven excels. Last year, Steven came to my rescue, over the phone, while I was out of state. In October 2015, while I was away from Florida in North Carolina and really in need of help, I called Steven on the phone and asked for his help/advice to get my car operating in an emergency. That morning was a very difficult and stressful moment for me and my wife. It was early morning, Steven was very busy with his local Florida customers and yet, he kept alternately helping me on the phone and his local customers in person. He kept our phone line open and kept returning to it as he could until he was sure that my problem was solved. He went above and beyond that day, and really saved the day for my wife and me. As a Toyota owner, I really appreciate Steven Miller who, in my opinion, is a great ambassador for Beaver Toyota. J.P. Deschenes
