The good, the bad, and the great!

Everything went sideways on the repair of a fuel pump on my 2001 Navigator. It was to be a 2-3 day job that turned into nearly two weeks. Look at my rating. A ten! Why? Customer Service and great employees. The service manager, Bob, the service reps, Geo and Bill, and the service phone gal all did everything they could to make this issue work FOR ME. They covered a great SUV rental for us to go on our trip that was planned, they had my car ready upon my return, and the chargers were very reasonable. I know my car was late and the problem was caused by Harper's error. But what should be done if an error is made? Fix it and make it right for the customer. They did that this time - and have done it in the past. Good customer service is what I expect, and is, without a doubt, what I receive from Harper's. Well done, folks!
