This car has enough bells and whistles I haven't yet mastered them all but I look forward to becoming more comfortable with it. I'd been warned this model has trouble with its automatic transmission but, so far, it seems to work fine. Ride and "feel" are terrific.
Always helpful and friendly. Haven't had any issues.

I have bought several new vehicles. After a week this is the first one I am not having doubts about my purchase. All experts advise against the Versa. Interior is nice and comfortable. Only thing I don’t like is the digital display. It reminds me of a cheap digital watch from the 70s. Not hard to get past when I look at the gas gauge barely going down after a 100 mile daily commute. I drive 80 percent highway and 20 percent city and average 38 mpg. Estimate is 35 highway and 27 city. I’m getting better than that. I love the space in the cabin and the large trunk. Clutch and shifter feel much better than more expensive cars I have had. Everyone likes the exterior styling. I’m not a fan of the CVT transmission so if you’re comfortable with a manual I would definitely go with it. Mine ether 2018.5 so I have the large display radio with backup camera and hands free phone which I really like. I have manual windows and locks which is fine by me. So far it’s been the perfect commuter vehicle.
After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. I drive 71 miles one way to work 5 days a weeks and was in need of a fuel efficient car. The value of the money for the car. Only had for 3 days but overall great car.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
Two different systems have failed.

With less than 20,000 miles driven, it broke down twice in one month. I need a dependable car. I was left stranded on the street by Nissan's "Roadside Assistance" at 1 AM when I was 75 miles from home. Dependability has not been my experience with this manufacturer.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This is an excellent car in my opinion I have been driving it a little while now and it’s great in the interstate (the steering takes a little getting used to) and it’s excellent in town with great fuel economy. I even love the sound system!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Although this vehicle is almost a good value, it is reliable, gets great fuel mileage, performance not bad, but could be better. However I consider this vehicle very unsafe and would not recommend it for children whether passengers or considering this their first vehicle. Speeds above 50mph car is blown all over the road because it’s to light, especially on windy days or around big rigs, you can’t stay behind them any length of time. Fuel tank is too small. Can only travel about 280-300 miles. Body is flimsily made, dents & scratches very easily. Paid $18,000 for this, can’t even play music through Bluetooth. Would have been better priced at 10,000.

It is not the most stylish vehicle but for my purposes, POINT A to POINT B, you cant beat it... I get over 30 in the city if I take it easy and close to 40 on the highway. The car is fast enough for my needs in a stick shift, the automatic was a little too sluggish. Base model cost me less than 10 grand. Cant beat that for a brand new car. Only drawback, got rear ended at a pretty slow speed, the car took a lot of damage. Fortunately it was on their insurance.
I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. If you plan on visiting the dealership to look at cars be sure to ask for Frank and Gabe they are two wonderful men who are very helpful in the car buying process.

This car is very comfortable and easy to use. The cruise control is my favorite feature so far. My only critique is that instead of a console in between the front seats there are cup holders, so this was something different for me.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.

From the point I took possession of this car it has been completely dependable. Ours is a basic version of this car, but it works nicely for us.

Bought in 2016 with only 30k something miles on it I’m at 90k now (yes I drove a lot moving from one state to another) but now transmission is going out, intake needs replaced and I still owe 12k on it and blue book is only 4K I can’t afford all the work that needs done so now I have to just eat my credit score cause I’m done with the xxxxx car the back door stopped opening on the inside as well it’s junk so not worth what I signed a lease for 😡
