Will assisted me with my service. He was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Rochelle was also helpful and assisted me with figuring out what a very slight click sound was. I left with all issues addressed and a plan set.

What a wonderful place to purchase a car! You will feel right at home with the staffing. David worked with us as well as Justin. Both are very easy to talk to, and they worked with us and got us back on the road. Thank you!

Chris Massaro the service manager is a man of integrity and honesty. I had some issues after they put new injectors in my truck. Chris was very concerned and went over and above to make things right. I understand mistakes can be made and it is very reassuring when the people you pay to do a job back up their work and won’t let you leave until you’re satisfied!!

Today, I purchased my third Nissan, a 2025 Pathfinder Platinum, from Fred Martin Nissan, Akron, Ohio. Brandon Ownesby, Salesman, has been a major, major, major help in guiding me in each of these purchases. He takes the time to understand your needs to get you into the right vehicle. He's made sure I was comfortable with each vehicle prior to purchase. I'm now, unfortunately, the only driver in our home with two vehicles to trade. He went above and beyond, helping me get both vehicles back to the dealer for the trade. This is just one example. Brandon, thank you so very much for all your help in everything. I now consider you my friend. Ask for Brandon Ownesby. He's the best. Tell him Bev sent you. Now on to financing. With each purchase I've dealt with Jeremy Lynch, Finance Manager. His job is probaby your least fun part in the buying process. He's made me feel relaxed and comfortable as can be during this part of the purchasing process. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood each line item. Thanks for making it as easy as can be. I now consider you my friend too. I feel like I'm part of a family with this team. I highly recommend Fred Martin Nissan for your next purchase.

Stopped in to ask some questions about my new Kia K4, 2026 Hatchback. I was greeted by an unknown salesman. I asked him if he could answer some questions. Although he was not my sales person, he was more than happy to help. He was knowledgeable & respectful. I think his name was Mike or Mark. I asked him to say hello to my sales man. Before I knew it, Cody was out to say ?hi?. That?s the kind of service & friendliness you get from the whole Ganley staff. This is the reason my husband & I have been dealing with this dealership for over 15 years. My husband has since passed away, but I felt comfortable & confident to buy my new car on my own! I was treated fairly & with respect. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Kia & Cody from buying to service of your car. You won?t regret it!

Friendly, professional and courteous. They motivated me to stop searching. I couldn't have asked for a better deal with my trade in. Very nice car! They hid nothing, treated me like an adult and trusted me. Great experience in a nice atmosphere. I would not hesitate to look for my next car first from them and recommend them to others in the same way.

Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc. review
We buy a new vehicle for personal or business use about once a year. We usually go to the big dealerships but happened to find a vehicle at this location. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Not only was JR friendly and helpful, but he was the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with a dealership. Without me even asking, he pointed out the finance charges and what would be the total amount of interest paid if we went the term of the loan. No other sales person has ever done that, because they don’t want you to see how much money you’re paying in interest. Although I was well aware of what the interest amount would be, I didn’t expect to hear it from my sales person, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they weren’t trying to hide anything. I searched from Cleveland to canton and they had the best price by far on my vehicle. We will definitely be checking here first for every vehicle purchase in the future!

Bought a low mileage Audi S8 off of these guys on the phone. Before calling I was a little hesitant because I never bought a car over the phone, especially over 800 miles away! When I spoke with the guys at Akron Select they answered all my questions and made the whole purchase process easy. When the car arrived it was exactly as described,, plus they did a full detailed and even filled up the gas tank. Thank you, Akron Select!
