Viewed website Tuesday, very impressed with prices & available inventory. Walked in Wednesday around 4:00 pm, met salesman Donald Suir, walked around & compared SUV vehicles, met Donald again to test drive Santa Fe, & that was it. Only test drove one car- met Trey in accounting . In less that an hour it was a done deal.
Returned Thursday to drive car home after meeting Donald again. With Julie 's help we again went over all the bells & whistles.
Went in telling the salesman and manager I was looking to purchase 2 vehicles. Told them what I was looking for and what I wanted. They made sure they met all my needs. It was a hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I bring my Chevy Malibu here for service regularly and to date have never had a problem. My experience is that they do what they say they'll do, every time. If they diagnose issues with my car other than why I brought it in, they'll inform me, but no pressure to perform any repairs other than what I want done then. And they always have the work completed on time.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken immediately, and, as usual, the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 6 years ago. I did not purchase one on this occasion.
Lost transmission towing camper from Florida to Colorado. May 3rd. I coasted into the front of the dealership. I knew what was wrong. I just retired last year. 30 years in automotive after market. I sold parts to dealership's and any garage or repair shop in my market. ASE parts specialist. I looked at used Surburban's. I like my 2005. I went to the service department. Asked how long would it take to get a GM remanufactured unit. 10 minutes went by and I got my answer. We can have you back on the road tomorrow after lunch. I went for that deal. While we waited one of the salesmem offered to tow our camper over to used car department. Hooked us up with electric and water. We had our german sheapards with us too. They offered us a loaner car so we could get around while we waited. We didn't need that. We had a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experience in a repair shop I have had in a long time. I want to give everyone there a job well done. Thank you all because I must have spoken to most everyone. Lots of free coffee. Thank you again.
The staff at Rainbow Chevy are always very nice and helpful. This is why I came back for my second vehicle. Their service and the great sales staff are the best around...
