More over head entertainment. The one tv makes it harder for the rear passengers to see it. One per row would be great and a better sound system.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I applied on a Thursday and recieved a call from Chris to bring in certain documents so he could work really hard on getting me approved. Kyle called me Friday to keep me updated on what was going which was nice. Between Chris & Kyle they worked hard on getting me approved for my new 2016 Ford Focus fully loaded. Met with Chris at 3 to test drive the car & fell in love. Chris made sure the car was washed & ready to go while I met with Kyle to go over everything & sign papers. Both Chris & Kyle worked really hard & I was able to purchase my car. They were awesome with everything! I'm proud to be part of the Preferred Automotive Group Family. We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

This is our 3rd Honda Odyssey. With three kids there is nothing better to truck around the family. Awesome vehicle! I'll hang up and listen

I stopped in to check out a car I’d seen online, along with five other cars at other dealerships. O Daniel was the only response I got within minutes of contacting them. Made the appointment, loved the car, bought it. 48 hours later, the others decided to respond to my initial inquiries. It’s a new world guys, try to learn from O’Daniel’s. They know what’s up!

We bought our T&C in 2014 with 2,000 miles on it. We still have it. 9 years and 114,500 miles later, the engine runs like its brand new. Everything still functions. An oil casing, Alternator, and window motor on the front drivers side had to be replaced along the way. Yet, the engin, transmission brakes, all of the toys on it still run in top condition. If you are looking for a Cadillac like ride, reliable, spacious minivan, I would recommend Chrysler.

I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O’Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge – Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn’t take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn’t ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O’Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O’Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O’Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O’Daniel came out to John’s desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I’d have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can’t think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After years of purchasing many vehicles from another local Ford Dealership I have become a happy new customer at O’Daniel Ford and plan to take all my future purchase and service business there!

Bought a used 2014 T&C Touring with 70k for my wife in 2019 and she loves it. The 3.6L is more than adequate for getting this beast moving quickly at stop lights or merging with traffic on the highway. Fuel economy is pretty average for a minivan. The vehicle has 120k miles, and we've had no major mechanical issues so far. Its features list pretty well checks all the boxes for a family van. Dual zone climate, automatic side doors and tailgate, built-in wifi, 2nd and 3rd row DVD, Bluetooth, nav, command start, backup camera, etc. If you're looking for a used minivan to haul around a family, has decent cargo space, and a more luxuries feel to it, I would definitely recommend considering the T&C.

I was looking for a 2nd vehicle and was doing quite a bit of shopping around. I stopped by the dealership in early Nov and looked at a vehicle on the used car lot, an '08 Jeep Wrangler.. While looking at the vehicle I was greeted by Jasmine Stippich who answered all of my questions, even some I didn't think to ask!. Ms Stippich was very easy to talk to and I never felt a pressured or hard sell tactic. Ms Stippich arranged for me to take the vehicle for a test drive and upon my return, I stated I had to think about it. Again, no pressure. I received a follow up email after my visit, thanking me for stopping in and the e-mail included all pertinent information about the particular model I had looked at. I continued to look at different vehicles at different dealerships over the next couple weeks but never felt the relaxed atmosphere that I felt at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda I went back to O'Daniel Automart/Mazda a 2nd time for another test drive (never tried the cruise control on the first test drive). Again, I told Ms Stippich I was going to have to think about it. and a few days later I went back and purchased the Jeep. The entire purchase process was quick, efficient and friendly. This experience even carried over to my visit to the BMV when I went to get registration and plates. The visit to BMV was quick and easy and it went so fast I asked the clerk, "is that it already" to which she replied, "yes, they had everything taken care of which makes this a whole lot easier", she then went on to say that it was her experience that the paperwork from the dealership was always done (not verbatim) completely and correctly. I would recommend this dealership (and Ms Stippich and staff) to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Military friendly dealership. Was stuck at a hotel in Columbia City due to no uber/lift/taxi available. The front desk coordinated someone from the dealership to pick me up. Joey, my Salesman, contacted me a day after my purchase to ensure the vehicle was mechanically sound and if i arrived at my destination.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

So glad I made this purchase. Very pleased with my Pacifica. Drives nice and I have lots of room and for a big van its easy to navigate. The remote start will spoil me along with the heated seats and wheel. I will not be trading this in anytime soon.

Went the extra mile to sit in My vehicle to explain ALL the bells y whistles to this old lady. Then helped me to enter My phones information so I could use the hands free y Bluetooth set up 🤗🤗. Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.
