Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Cochran Kia, because it truly made a difference at a time when I felt overwhelmed and out of options. Several years ago, I found myself in a situation where my vehicle could no longer be repaired affordably. I had no choice but to return to the dealership where I had purchased my previous car in West Virginia. As a West Virginia teacher, “robbing Peter to pay Paul” is often a way of life, and unfortunately my credit had taken a hit. The result was frightening—my manageable $300-something payment was projected to jump to nearly $600 just to secure a loan. I was frantic and unsure how I would make it work. Another West Virginia teacher recommended Cochran Used Cars, and that referral changed everything. I decided to make the trip, and I am so grateful that I did. I was treated with respect, understanding, and honesty—and most importantly, I walked away with a brand-new vehicle and a payment that was truly affordable. At a time when I expected to be limited to something unreliable or far beyond my means, Cochran made what felt impossible become possible. That brand-new car exceeded every expectation. It has required no repairs, still looks great inside and out, and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I trusted it enough to send my daughter to Florida in my Kia Sportage, and as a result, I am now permanently driving her college runabout, a Nissan Versa. Because of that, I once again find myself in need of a reliable vehicle—and once again, I know exactly where I will go. I am still a West Virginia teacher, only this time I am working a second teaching job to make ends meet, and I need a dealership that understands real people, real numbers, and real life. Cochran has already proven that they can help me get a car that looks like it should be out of my budget—but somehow isn’t. 2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2010 Honda Odyssey review
I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

Good van. Runs perfectly, and handles great. Decent gas mileage. I bought this car back in 2003 (ten years old) and put over 100,000 miles on top of the existing 80,000. This car still runs like new. Amazing piece of machinery.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2017 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I spoke with Gabe when purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul+. He showed me the vehicles I was interested, and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or afford. He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

Amazing space inside, yet good road manners - sure footed in bad weather, good handling and sublime ride quality - and everyone smiles when they see it. People coming to an EV for the first time may have range anxiety, but charging is seamless and quick. Controls take some getting used to but still far better than a Model Y/3 with just one screen and two scroll wheels. More than enough room for my very large dog.

Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
