I saw a car online I was interested so I gave them a call and spoke to Shawnta. He was very polite and answered all my questions. Ultimatley I decided to come take a look at the car and once again Shawnta was extremely helpful and showed me around the car and set me up for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car and the gentlemen who delt with the financing did a tremendous job as well. Overall I got a great deal and was able to work with an easy going, no pressure type sales man. I definitely recomend NW Automotive Group and I highly suggest you ask for Shawnta!

One of the better SUV'S I've owned, easy on the gas, and I would love to buy another one for my wife. I would love to own a 2009.
Went in to look at a car i was interested in. David and Jordy were very helpful and accommodating. They were also nice enough to follow up vis phone when needed. The buying process was extremely fast and overall I’m happy with my experience
Best car I have owned. Zero Issues ever

This was by far the best car I have driven. Between the performance, and comfort I could not have been happier. Never had a single issue with this car. Only resin for selling was because I needed a recreational vehicle.
No pressure, honest, professional, over all a Great experience in purchasing a vehicle.! Tyvm Ray and Dave you have made this a positive car buying experience for me and I will be sure to pass it along.
Most reliable with minimal work done to it.

This car now has 150,000 miles on it, has been driven cross country and back 3 times now, to TN, OH, WI and Illinois. Best investment I have made since my Olds Cutlass Supreme back in 97.
This place was amazing! I am a young girl and I absolutely know nothing about cars came in with limited cash not much job experience and they were super helpful and refused to give me a car I thought was a decent car but there were lots of things wrong with it! They were super helpful and fast
Very reliable and fun to drive.

Overall it's the best car I've ever owned.
It's very roomy and I feel safe driving it.
Never worry about it not starting. And the black grandprix is awesome looking!!!
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
Very underrated car !!!

This car is very reliable in every aspect , power , speed , and comfortability . It’s a sports car , family car , travel car and a senior citizen car ! We currently have 2 in the family , 2003 and 2006 . Looking forward too getting a 2008 GXP V8 in the future .
I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service. Jake is very easy on the eyes to if you know what I mean. Thanks again Jake!!!
Not bad for college car.

This car was great driving back and forth from college. Only thing was that I had to put two radiators in it with two months. Other than that it was very reliable and a great drive.
This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.
Most comfortable car .

When I first looked at the car I didnt like it , untill I drove it I was in love with it had room to move around and comfortable for everyone .Untill the day the tree crushed my car then It was like a part of me died.
We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.
Chysler Loyalist Changed!

I was a Chrysler family products Loyalist until through happenstance I become a Pontiac Montana owner; and have loved it ever since. The power, the handling and the general toughness of it is awesome. A 6cyl. that gets 26mpg. on hwy. for a 13yr. old car; can't be beat. A lot of its safety features are enhanced and came standard; I looked up original manufacturers' invoice sticker and thought GMC was giving/doing a lot for the consumer back then. I now own another 1yr. older than the 1 for mentioned and it too is even awesome-er. I fit soooo many hobbies, sports, tools, materials, friends and family members in them; whatever adventure I'm on and it rides like a dream because it gets standard maintenance and its built to last. If a tough truck and a minivan had offspring; then Pontiac Montana's were the result. LOVE, Love, love 'em!
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
I had to pay for all recalls myself...xxx

I replaced trans., struts n front end suspension, now the steering shaft n pinion. All the parts were a recall but GM did not honor my vehicle. Almost died twice...xxx
I appreciate when people work hard, they do over there at Frontier. They got on my request and called back! I was looking for a car, and it was funny how often you don't get calls back like you'd expect. These guys really do want to earn their business. I also feel I got a good deal on my Expedition. Nice car, good price, good people. Nice experience.
Has been a great reliable car for me for 7+ years.

This sharp-looking dark-blue car is in very good working condition. The engine and body are in great shape. Perhaps a small dent/scratch or two on the doors but not too noticeable. It has recently been fully detailed, inside and out.
Everyone was very nice and honest. They answered all my questions and then some. I called numerous times because I lived three hours away and they always called me right back and kept in touch.
This car makes me hate my life

I would love to say this car. Has been good to me but I bought it with a blown head gasket. I had to use Blue Devil and Bars head gasket sealer in it. The car is pretty fast, but it has been a little problem child for me. Tune ups are hard to do because of the position of the engine. Theres no power steering fluid so when it goes out you have to replace the whole power steering motor. Its small, and i think its the car that put pontiac out of business.
Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! As long as he is in the business I will be a client if his and Whitewater motors going forward!!!!
Thanks Jeremy for all the hard work.

Hard to find these cars in great condition. True American muscle and one of the last staples Pontiac has in the auto world. LS1 provides lots of power and reliability. Replacement parts are inexpensive and easy to find. Fun car to own and drive!
We were very pleased with our 2013 equinox, salesman jim tarbell went above and beyond to give us what we wanted, very satisfied with purchase and Whitewater Motors1

Only regret was not waiting for GPX version, but still very zippy. Interior is plasticy and they should have used better / upscale material, but the layout is very driver friendly. Love the RETRO curvy look. I real head turner.
This dealership was top notch! From the beginning, Walt welcomed my husband and me with open arms and not pushy sale tactics.
Tyler (sales) went above and beyond to make sure we purchased a family vehicle that was in our budget and meet our needs (& wants). Steve (finance) gave us clear direction on our options, answered all our questions. We felt like no information was ever hidden from us. The process was absolutely painless even with a toddler in the room! Given the fact this is a family-owned company, we truly felt like part of the family as we drove away! Thanks, Kelsey!
Good convertible cheap!

Go through a mid life crisis and I have always wanted a convertible. Searched various websites and craigslist and determined the Solstice would be a good car for someone with a budget like me. Test drove it the other day, nothing to blow your socks off but if you want something to let the wind blow over your balding head, like me, its an option.
