In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

Owner of Porsche's since my first purchase new in 1970. 12 registered to me and another 20 or so I bought, drove on dealer plate when I was in used car business.M y 2006 997.1 Carrera 4 Cab with 30k on the odometer is one of the most dialed in cars I have driven. PASM along with the AWD helps keep this one glued to the road. The 4 is Wider than a 2 the S is not necessary. All season road runner. Top down warm weather, AWD for the rest. 😎

What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

Overall a very fine car. Dashboard controls are not responsive and it took two of us to figure out how to play USB flash drive (CD's don't work). Pairing cell phone is also problematic.

I am the proud owner of a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupe! The 997 is AWESOME. It has excellent brakes, engine, suspension, interior design, and yes …that sexy body style with an attitude! I love driving the 997; it's superb in response, handling, and breaking. I feel like a combat fighter pilot on a mission. Talk about stress therapy, drive a 997, and feel invigorated every time you take the perfect apex. Driving the 997 will make you a believer of the slogan, “Porsche, there is no substitute."

This review if for my ‘13 911 Cab(a very sweet ride); which I purchased as a two year old certified Porsche; which I just traded for a new ‘22 911S Cab, an even sweeter ride!! The only reason for the 4 for value for the money, these cars are very expensive, but for a young 78 year old guy just a great car if one can afford them.
