I was enormously impressed by the staff at Hendrick Porsche. I recently purchased a 2025 Porsche Cayenne Coupe and needed to schedule a service appointment. When I called the service center, I spoke with Jacob Walker. My service consultant was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to speak with regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Mr. Walker assured me that he could accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, as I have a very busy schedule. He was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mikayla McElroy, a service consultant, who was the first person I spoke with upon entering. Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. I informed her that I had previously spoken with Jacob and wanted to come in personally to discuss scheduling my appointment further. While visiting the dealership, I also received excellent customer service from Andrew Mueller. I found Andrew to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at the dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond expectations and truly made me feel valued as a customer. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

2019 Porsche Cayenne review
This is a great all around SUV. It's quick and quiet and gets decent gas mileage. I bought a 2019 Cayenne S in the summer of 2025 with low miles. 440 horsepower and adjustable suspension make this a great road car. I have the Carfax and it shows just routine maintenance. I've had two oil changes and 4 tires and that's all it's needed. It now has 68k miles. Look for an independent shop for repairs and maintenance and you'll love it

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

2021 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased the 21 Cayenne S Coupe used with 12K miles in 2024. I now have 40K miles on it and enjoy it very much. The things I like are; the cabin comfort, 18 way seats with bolsters are great, it has all the power I need, ride quality with PASM is good, and there have been no issues. Porsche tax is high with depreciation and maintance cost a factor to be considred. Only complaint is the transmission downshift are clunky when changing between drive modes.
