Went to this dealer for a mail in my tire. Not only did they repair the tire, they didn’t charge me. Everyone there was friendly & accommodating, even though I had a minor problem. Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. This place deals in some high end, very expensive, and very nice, exotics, sports cars, luxury cars, and super cars. Although they also deal in some well maintained low mileage classics and collectibles also. I probably bought one of the less expensive examples that they had for sale, and I can honestly tell you I felt like the same way that they would treat someone purchasing a high end high five figure or six fixture exotic, sports car, super car, or similar. Exceptional. High end, high class, outfit. Made me feel special like I was their only customer. Usually got back to me within minutes when I had a question, and I had a lot of them, or within the same day at the latest. I highly recommend. I will definitely be shopping there again for my next special interest, classic, sports car, supercar, luxury car, or classic motorcycle purchase.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer.
