2023 Porsche Macan review
New to the Porsche family with a 2023, fairly loaded Macan base. I have had the vehicle for a month now without complaints. I have owned 40+ cars in my lifetime including Audi, Benz, and domestics. I live in Chicago and this is the perfect car for the city and my occasional jaunts to Michigan and Wisconsin. The driving experience does not compare to any other car I've owned. Tight, solid, quiet, and a joy to drive. Sure the connection to my iPhone is not working but never had an interest in connecting my car to the phone. For 75k, not bad. Don't need the speed or prestige of a T or GTS. So far, pleased with my purchase, kids love it too!!!

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

2020 Porsche Macan review
2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

2021 Porsche Macan review
Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

2015 Porsche Macan review
I appreciate the quality of the car: The feel of the controls, the solidity of the chassis and body and the seats. The handling is excellent for an SUV and the 0-60 of 5.5 seconds, is enough for normal driving. My criticism of the Porsche, is that the safety electroncs was not up to the standards of 2015. Much less expensive cars offered automatic braking and pedestrian alerts that one could not buy on a Macan.

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

2019 Porsche Macan review
This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! This car meets all my needs from business Monday to casual Friday. It is true Porsche design and engineering. The Macan has a spacious backseat and plenty of cargo room for a run to the grocery store or weekend trip to the coast.

2022 Porsche Macan review
Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.
