Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria review
Kenton provided excellent service throughout the entire process. As an out-of-state buyer, I needed to be able to inspect and learn as much as possible about the vehicle without being there in person, and Kenton went above and beyond to help me do exactly that. He was responsive, helpful, and provided me with everything I asked for. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make a deal, which I’m honestly disappointed about because I really appreciated working with him. I want to thank Kenton for all his time, effort, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend working with him.
2021 Porsche Macan review
Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

The customer service I got at this place was great and I'll definitely shop here again. The price on the car I bought fit my budget perfectly.
2018 Porsche Macan review
One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Mr Heller and his sales staff and financial staff are top notch. My salesman was Ian. Fast and easy no xx and no pushy attitude. Knowledgeable in their inventory and allowed me to take my time. I signed all documentation online and they delivered the truck to me. Outstanding service.
2021 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love my 2021 Porsche Macan! I purchased it preowned, and it was an incredible value with very low miles. It looks amazing, feels luxurious, and is so much fun to drive. The handling is smooth and sporty, and every time I get behind the wheel, I enjoy the experience. I am very happy with my Macan and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, reliable, and exciting SUV.

CarMax BristolReviews
CarMax Bristol review
Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.
2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Toy BarnReviews
Toy Barn review
I had such a wonderful experience working with Amelia at Toy Barn! My entire transaction was handled online, and Amelia made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. Although she is fairly new, you would never know it based on how attentive, patient, and helpful she was throughout the entire process. She was always kind, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions. Purchasing a vehicle online can definitely feel a little nerve-racking, especially when you aren’t able to be there in person, but Amelia made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. What stood out most was her patience and genuine willingness to help. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her communication and customer service were excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Amelia is a wonderful addition to the Toy Barn team, and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you, Amelia, for making my online car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Toy Barn, whether in person or from a distance!

2020 Porsche Macan review
2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

Professional, helpful, responsive, transparent, are all words i would use to describe the staff. Although I did not buy anything in the end, it was still a positive experience nonetheless. The interactions were always kind and respectful. If something becomes available in their inventory that i'm interested in in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them.

My experience with Bluegrass Porsche today was absolutely seamless from the phone call requesting service to check in with David Roberts and the videos from the mechanics, which explained exactly what had gone on with the car were perfect. I could not have asked for more professional and timely service for my Porsche Cayenne.
2023 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

Noblesville Imports review
Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

CarMax Columbus SawmillReviews
CarMax Columbus Sawmill review
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
2021 Porsche Macan review
Looking for a car for a 60 y/o successful, self employed financial executive. Who happens to be my wife. Looking at and test ruding; Lexus RX350, Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, BMW X3 not beibg very impressed with these cars, especially at price point and commonality. Hopped in a Macan at Porsche Dealership, never looked back. Terrific handling and performing vehicle. Style, quality and hugh FUN FACTOR!!! Maybe not as big or roomy as the other vehicles, maybe missing a bit of the "U" in SUV....but after all we're talking about a PORSCHE here, a true high performing sports car by one of the greatest race car manufacturer of all time! Lots of good quality luxury SUVs in this category. But then theres the Porsche Macan in a class by itself. You wont be dissapointed and look forward to getting up every morning to head out for the pure joy of the ride!

Chandler Johnson was our salesman. We purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse. Chandler was respectful, not pushy in any way, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its many features. He was extremely patient in explaining the features and the technology. He maintained professionalism throughout (even when his supervisor had a little meltdown and thought we didn’t know).

2020 Porsche Macan review
Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.
