I would like to say that Amy was amazing. She provided me excellent customer service. She greeted me with a big smile and friendly attitude. She made me feel welcomed and gave me the impression that customers should feel right at home. She gave me a tour of the facility. Showed me the wireless information, the snack bar area and the upstairs quiet area. Overall, I am very satisfied with her professionalism. Buying a car can be tiring and frustrating but the experience that my wife and I had at Porsche Beaverton was the most relaxing and enjoyable time we've ever had purchasing a car. They had the exact 2018 Macan with the options we were looking for in stock. They gave a very generous trade in and a great deal on the Macan so we drove away very pleased. This is our second car purchase from Porsche Beaverton and we would recommend them to anyone interested in a Porsche. We dealt with Lance Gearing and Christian Manz who were both great to deal with and straight forward on the pricing. We drove over from Eastern Washington and it was worth the drive. The dealership also returned us a check for the amount we overpaid on licensing which other dealerships would have probably pocketed.
Kyle Mclean was most patient and informative. Questions were answered without hesitation and the entire process was completely transparent. I am a slow mover (multiple test drives on different days spread out over two months) when it comes to pulling the trigger on what I consider a major purchase. Kyle was in no way overbearing with his follow up. They went above and beyond answering ANY question that I posed and if the answer was not readily available it was researched by Kyle and Ian Prater to ensure my comfort in the decision I was making. Kyle went as far as putting the 911 up on a service rack to provide additional visual understanding. Once I made the decision to purchase Brad Seaman streamlined the paperwork and it was seamless and efficient. I have purchased vehicles in the past and found myself waiting and waiting to sign. Brad provided great explanations and there were no surprises. The only surprise I experienced through the entire process was how available Larry Wendell, the General Manager was and how much time he spent with me. Personnel open and friendly. Lance a pleasure to deal with and straight forward. No "funny" stuff when it came to signing off on the vehicle. Only issue is protective covering has numerous "bubbles" on edges which one would not expect at a $1600 price point. Not significant enough to re-do, simply not what one would expect
I bought a 2000 Chevy Camaro from West Coast Auto Enthusiasts. The ad for my vehicle was very accurate, honest and thorough. I bought the car based on photos and a vidio, the description was spot on, Todd was great on the description. I live on the east coast and trusted WCAE add. When the car was delivered it was better than I could have imagined. I would buy from Todd and Sydney again and again!
Just purchased Range Rover from Dan. Purchased this vehicle sight unseen. Dan sent very accurate close-up pictures of the Rover. After agreeing on a price, Dan arranged covered transport and rig sent to our front door. I had a couple of small issues after the sale and they were very quick to resolve them. It was a very smooth and seamless transaction. Great customer service!!!! We will be doing business with Grand Prix Motors again.

I live in Chicago & the dealership is in Portland, Oregon. I told Mr Marcus De La Rosa that I was seventy years old plus, I really wanted the car. He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. Hoping for the same thing, or even close.
I purchased a 2014 MB C 250 sport/Luxury in February of 2017. The car is beyond my expectations. This particular car had many options not generally seen in most C class vehicles and with low mileage. Still, I believe I paid an extremely fair price for the car. The car is a joy to drive and handles like a much more expensive car and looks like it too! It's pure class! And as an added bonus, the 4 cylinder turbo sport engine gets terrific mileage. Just a wonderful, wonderful car.
My salesperson, Jason was extremely kind, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the car, the brand as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The rest of the sales team were also very accommodating and engaging, asking if I needed anything such as coffee or water. The terrific gal in the finance department (I sincerely apologize for forgetting her name) was so kind and super efficient! Thank you! Thank you!
The dealership and its location in Portland is beautiful and the indoor showroom makes shopping for a car a very pleasant experience indeed. My husband and I have often told our friends about Freeman Motor Company and encourage them to visit.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
When shopping for a used car I decide to change up my strategy and shop for a vehicle based on dealership reviews, and I'm so glad I did. We purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from D&C in early May, and after a few days noticed it was leaking oil...no big deal (or so we thought) but decided to call the dealership (not expecting much as it wasnt under warranty). Long story short, it ended up needing a very costly repair. Not only did D&C give us a luxury loaner for the month and fix our issue (for free) they also went above and beyond while inside our engine, preventing further issues in the future.
I knew they had a good reputation going into the buying process, now I understand why....WOW!
They have earned our business, and our recommendation.
